[attr="class","pltxt"]Amara had been waiting for this very day for a long time. She had all but vanished from her fellow sisters since the moment she conceived and now today she would finally be introducing her little ones to the rest of the pack. She had already been up plenty early to do her morning rounds and by the time she was making her way back to her secluded den she could hear her children romping and playing inside. Her auditories flicked forward, listening intently as they bickered briefly to one another. Without a doubt Micah was more then likely getting irritated with Harper's bubbly personality and Harper probably gave him an earful for being mean. Octavia was probably keeping to herself, or at least trying to within the confines of the den. She decidedly quickened her pace, eager to get them out of the den and into the fresh air. There would be a good bit of traveling to get to the heart of the pack and Amara didn't intend on taking it easy on them. They were all big enough to fend for themselves and she didn't expect them to disappoint her. Disappointment was not an option today. It was not long before she reached the mouth of the den and soon she was making her way through the entrance. Her eyes watched the two ebony forms wrestling towards the back of the cave. A smile crept across her maw as she watched Micah gently toss Harper around. He knew that his sister was much more fragile then him and he appeared to be trying to give her a chance. He had a big heart, Amara just hoped that no one would take advantage of him because of it. Her gaze then drifted over to Harper, her bubbly personality could be seen from miles away. The smile that lit up her face was truly extraordinary. Lastly her sea foam green gaze landed on her look alike Octavia. She was lying off in the corner by herself, watching her siblings with a bored look on her face.
Looks like you guys have been keeping busy while I was gone. She remarked blatantly as she strode over to them. Lowering her muzzle she clamped her jaws around the scruff of Harper's neck to pull her up and off of Micah. Today is the day my loves. Her tail wagged gently though only for a moment. She turned and motioned for Octavia to come closer, which her middle daughter reluctantly did. You will be meeting the rest of our pack today. She commented before watching them for some type of reaction. When she was satisfied that the news had settled she turned on her haunches to make her way back out of the den. The sun illuminated her fur, the wind ruffling it into soft waves as she walked. It's quite a ways away from here so keep up. She called over her shoulder before heading off through the underbrush. Amara was quite confident that her babies would have no trouble following her. If they did however wander off she would leave them to find their way back to the den on their own. If they chose not to listen to her she would allow them to get themselves out of the situation they put themselves into. She had a feeling she wouldn't have to worry about that on this particular trip. The children had been bugging her for ages on when they would meet the rest of their pack mates, and Amara was sure they wouldn't be disappointed. They might be slightly overwhelmed when meeting the rest of the adults in the pack, but Amara wouldn't let a single strand of fur on their bodies to be misplaced. When it came to her pups she was extremely protective, and if she had to get nasty she wouldn't resist doing so. She continued walking, though at a slightly slower pace then normal so they could keep up with her. She knew that in due time there would be plenty of questions asked during their field trip, and she patiently waited for them to voice their concerns if they had any at all.
notes:: so I did a little bit of ghosting with the pups, hope thats okay and if not I can edit my post accordingly just let me know! And yay the babehs are meeting the rest of the pack ;D
