Again, he had returned to the falls. It seemed that one way or another he was drawn here, to this place where he had met the Emperor, to this place where at any moment he could find the leftover scraps of what used to be his ear, but it was strictly business today, and so he knew he could only pretend for so long that the flowers were worth a few extra minutes of deeply enthused observation. Still he looked, even when he swore a flash of white appeared just through the corner of his eye; he was afraid to look her way, to walk up to her and admit that he needed something that he couldn't be sure he wanted.
It was almost shy, the way he barely lifted his gaze from the ground, watching without really watching how a delicate creature could so delicately tend to her work. She looked peaceful, like something too grand for him to dare disturb. However, he would disturb her, of course he would, because his desire always triumphed his common sense.
"I don't suppose you need help with anything?" He called across the short distance between them, keeping his voice low, exceptionally soft, because he wasn't sure if something as sweet and innocent on the eyes as her would scare like the butterfly she resembled with irises of pink. He stood to his full height, lazily sauntering towards her, head tilted in the kind of reverence that a Priestess was entitled to. "Watching suits me just fine. The sight of you isn't something I imagine anyone could tire of easily. It would appear I'm the one who needs some help, anyway." Shifting so that she could better take a look at his mangled flesh, he winced before a quiet chuckle rumbled in the back of his throat - for who better to jest about his condition than himself?
"The Emperor thought it a good idea to come and find you. Said there was something a Priestess could do about this little mess of mine." He took a seat in front of her, slowly lowering himself closer and closer to the ground until he could rest his chin on top of his paw, the notion to ultimately transfer control to the pretty she-wolf. He didn't take his eyes off of her, blinking slowly, a grin beginning to take shape on the corner of his lip; he would wait patiently for her orders if there were any to be given. "Get as close as you need. I'll try not to bite."
