I have eight characters now, so I need to keep things neat and tidy in order to not get lost in my own mess. Please, do not post here! I'll make another thread for plotting purposes. <3 This is the thread to go if you want to know more about my characters and about their whereabouts. Enjoy!r a i ni ain't afraid of falling anymore

Some are noticeable, especially in her front legs, but the majority are well hidden under her fur. They are mostly because of struggling with prey. She has a more recent scar in her hind leg due to a fall.mind; sanehistory; A thunderstorm raged in Anikira. The animals took shelter beneath the roots of the trees, or beneath anything they could find. In a small den, a silvery femme was panting heavily, indicating that she was going to give birth. Her extended belly was moving rapidly up and down, and showed signs of pushing. After a few pushes and a few licks, two pups, a tri-colored one and a black one, began suckling from their mother's milk. She was excited, but at the same time, a hint of sadness reflected from her silver eyes. She looked at the exit of the den, hoping that by some miracle, her beloved mate would come and enter and share this beautiful moment with her. She wanted him to see their family, but he wasn't here. But, it wasn't his fault, after all... it was theirs."I know that we will be the best parents ever, my love." The dark brown wolf licked his mate, staring at her with his intense yellow eyes, which made her melt every time. "I know, my beloved Arius, but what if they... what if they end being stillborn?" Her voice crumbled at the thought, but her mate quickly reassured her the only way he knew how to do it."Shh, be quiet now, Delilah. I know everything will be alright. We will have a family, and raise them with love. They will know what it is like to be in a warm, loving family. Nothing will ever separate us. We will be one." A sound came from behind some foliage. The couple looked at the sound's source, only to be found by a group of three wolves. They seemed to be a small pack that looked only for trouble and violence, and they were obviously up to no good. Arius shielded his mate from the gang."What do you want from us? I told you to leave us alone." Delilah's ears perked at the last statement, making her feel uneasy and confused about what was going on. "What do you mean, Arius?" she questioned. Arius looked at her and hushed her, telling her that she would know by the time they were done with the trio. The leader smiled at Arius, locking his single, working eye at the brown wolf. "It's time for payback for what you did to us.""Please Kuro, I have a family now. I no longer want to hurt others. I am sorry about your eye, but I had no choice.""No choice? Hm, that's a shame." The grey and black wolf looked at Delilah, smiling at her. "That's a pretty lady ya got there, Arius."Arius's heart skipped a beat. His teeth showed, showing a set of pearly, sharp whites, preparing to maul everyone that dared to hurt his family. "It would be sad for her to know how you raped, tortured and killed others... just for fun." Delilah's eyes shot open, and took a step back from her mate."Stop, Kuro!" "How... how come you never told me this, Arius?" Her eyes were filled with tears. Arius's heart was beating faster than ever. "I... I was going to, my love. It is a part of my past I haven't healed yet. I wasn't prepared to tell you. But trust me, I was going to pretty soon.""Oh, I guess it wasn't soon enough. In fact, pretty lady, your mate here? He gave me this horrible eye. You know why? Just because he tried to escape from me. But y'know, no one escapes from Kuro."The other two wolves, one a cream and brown one, and another a black one, surrounded the couple. Delilah began taking a few steps back from her mate. Arius looked back at her, with tear-filled eyes, telling her he loved her with all his heart. After telling her his feelings, he uttered a single word that sent her running a mile a minute."RUN!"As she ran, she could hear the wolves fighting in the distance. She knew that he would probably be killed. Her eyes began shedding tears, and her heart was about to explode. She could not believe what had just happened. Even if she couldn't believe it, she forgave Arius. She loved him with all his heart. But... he was gone. But her faith was still beating.Delilah raised the two pups with tender care. She named the first born Rain, and the other pup Arius, like his father. Delilah taught them love, affection and determination. She did not want her pups to become evil, or to stray away from their established morals, so she did her best to be a strict but loving mother, in which their pups always trusted. She taught them how to hunt since their early puphood, starting with small critters like birds, squirrels and other small animals. As Rain began to develop mentally, she became more and more interested in the perfection of her skills, like spying and hunting. She began training day after day with the help of her mother, and became much more observant of her surroundings. Her brother was also determined, but only when needed to be; he was a little bit more lazier and laid-back than his sister. As they grew older, Delilah's faith of Arius's return grew weaker, but it was still present. One day, when the pups were a year old, a familiar scent was caught by Delilah, accompanied by a howl in the distance. Not quite sure if she was dreaming, she called her pups and told them to follow her. The three ran to the place the howl was coming from, and to Delilah's surprise, a thin, scruffy and limping wolf smiled at them several feet away. She was cautious, and told her pups to stand behind her. When she called out to him, he responded that he was Arius. She wouldn't believe it at first. But after approaching him more, and after staring at his eyes, she confirmed it was him. A beautiful sight of snuggles, licks, cuddles and tail-wagging ensued, and Arius got to meet his pups for the first time. After another year of love, affection and making up for lost time, the pups were two years old now, and Rain felt the need to keep moving forward. She wanted to join a pack where she could use her skills for the good of the pack. After tears and heartache, she left to face the world alone. Once every six months, she reunites with her family in the same spot where Delilah gave birth to Arius and Rain. She roams Anikira in hopes of finding a pack that will give her the chance to show off her skills, and that will make her feel useful.
personality; Rain is what you call a mysterious female. She is quiet, only speaking when needed to, and very observant most of the time. She is usually seen hiding in the shadows, far from others, and spying is one her specialties. Due to this aspect of her nature, she is a very skilled hunter, and it has been like this since her puphood, thanks to her mother's guidance and training. She has a set of morals and values that she sticks fiercely to, and she is very wise for her age. Rain is what you call an introvert--she is quickly drained in social interactions, and even if she is in a pack, she only hangs out alone or with a select few that she calls friends or acquaintances. She is very family oriented, and she secretly loves pups. She is strong, hard-headed, stubborn and sometimes hot-headed, but she keeps these traits in order, only coming out when absolutely needed or provoked. Rain is a very cautious female, so she distrusts anyone that comes out on her way, and she is more likely to investigate the stranger's intentions by interrogation and in extreme cases, by spying. When totally and completely out of control (which is very rare), she is violent, and may become blinded by fury and rage, and it is hard to snap her out of this "trance." She may hurt the wolf, but she has made a promise to never kill except for consumption. Once you get to know her, she is more laid-back and is a total flirt with the males. She also can be a sisterly or even motherly figure for females, and even to males she does not feel attracted to. Overall, she is a hidden treasure than many fail to see.

history; Everything began as a beautiful love story between two beautiful wolves: the strong Alpha of Airila, Toiro, and the delicate wolf known as Aludra. They were shy about their feelings at first, but as time passed, their relationship blossomed into a family--Jadir, Swan, Kujo, and Xerxes were born into the world, making the dreams of the couple come true at last. They were raised in Airila; their parents ensured that they grew up in a place filled with love and attention of all forms possible, both parents taking part of their lives every day. Kujo was more attached to his mother, but he still loved his father deeply. He talked to her about everything as he grew, and the connection between the two was inseparable. Kujo was also close to his father, and Toiro was a huge role model to Kujo in every aspect, but it was Aludra's warmth that got closer to his heart from the start.
As the siblings grew, they began to develop their personalities, and months began to fly by. Their parents were constantly supervising their pups, ensuring that they would grow up to be good pups in all the sense of the word. Kujo was quiet, always observing the world around him where ever he went with them. He always walked close to his mother, sticking close to her legs as she walked. He was insecure and shy when he was a pup, and being smaller than the rest of the litter, he was more delicate than his siblings. But this didn't stop him, though--he began to grow up in strength and agility, and as time flew by, his personality began to change. He was now more confident in his abilities, and his small body began growing into a normal-sized pup. No one would know he was the runt of the litter without asking, and he was getting better each day that passed by.
Like it happens, the pups grew and each and every one began to show different likes and dislikes. Kujo did not want to lead Airila in case something happened to his beloved father, just because he didn't believe it was in him. He respected his father so much that for him, he wasn't worthy of such a huge title of honor. He always thought that Jadir, his older brother, would be perfect for the role of being a leader, and if someone deserved that title, it was him. So, Kujo grew up to be a quiet wolf, always observant and talking only when needed to. His mother taught him to be kind and gentleman-like with the females, always putting their needs first on top of his.
Kujo began to bond even more with his siblings, always taking care of them as much as he could. He would be the voice of reason when they wanted to do silly things, and even if he ended up doing them anyway, he was the one that always seemed more concerned with their behavior. He always cared for his sibling's well-being, and began to walk in Toiro's gentle footsteps when it came to taking care of his loved ones. He began to take an interest in herbs and plants, just like his mother did, in hopes of becoming more like her. He began asking his mother for lessons in plants and herbs, and every time his siblings became injured or hurt, he would help his mother whip up the cure in no time by looking for the plants she needed. He is currently in Airila with his siblings, now at one year old, and he hopes to be a gatherer or even take in his mother's rank of a Shaman in the future. But, due to his humble nature he prefers to lay low.
personality; Kujo is what you call a gentleman. Even if he was the runt of the litter, he has grown up to be strong and fast, but he prefers to use the strength of his mind rather than of his body. He is a pacifist at heart and strives to be like his parents in every sense of the word, having them in a high pedestal. He has morals and values, and he prefers to stay quiet rather than to fight. He is very gentle and sweet with the ladies, always protecting them regardless of their relationship status. He treats each and every one of them in a respectful manner, never wanting to offend them or making them feel uncomfortable. He always looks at the bright side of things, and he will never want to hurt anyone, and if he does so even accidentally, he will be too hard on himself, ending in a depression. He is caring, noble, sweet and full of respect, and also very family oriented. However, this sugarcoated male does have a negative side--he is sometimes too good, resulting in a difficulty saying no at times; he also puts his needs so much before his that he forgets to tend to his own needs. He needs time alone sometimes to be able to figure out what's wrong with him and think of his own needs. He sometimes is very stubborn and hard-headed, and he sometimes keeps in thoughts and feelings until he cannot deal with it anymore, ending in anxiety and anger. Once in this state, he says what is in his mind without regarding the consequences, ending up in saying things he later regrets. He helps others a lot, but always rejects help once offered, and he has to reluctantly say yes if the wolf insists. He sometimes has trust issues with males for no apparent reason except with those of his family, and he does not like abuse one bit, reacting sometimes violently against it. With flaws and all, Kujo is a wolf with a true heart of gold.
