History: Amaya was born to a Tundra mother and Grey wolf father, taking more after her father, she grew up lithe and agile. She was born in Anikira raised by her parents without a pack. When she had turned a year old, she left her parents to forge her own fate. Her parents had taught her how to act when entering territory not her own, and how to get by as a wolf without a pack. Their teachings are what kept her alive, as she hunted and lived alone.
As she journeyed she found herself longing for something she had never had, longing for a pack.. Often times, she would day dream on such times when her parents used to tell her tales of when they too had belonged to packs.
Her mother had belonged to a very small pack, just an gathering of wolves who hunted together and understood how useful a pack was. Her father on the other hand had been a loner when he had first met her mother. He had been caught stealing a kill during a bad winter and it had been her kind mother who had stood up for this strange wolf, saying that hunting was bad and they had enough to spare that small bit. Her father had appreciated such kindness, and offered to stay and help hunt, if they would give him such a chance.
Amaya had often wondered what would have happened if that pack hadn't given her father a chance.. That small pack had broken up after a larger pack had taken most of them in, her parents hadn't wanted to go and became loners themselves, hunting together in happiness.. Amaya longed too to find her own happiness, being a lone wolf sucked at times and was awesome other times, but it was lonely all of the time, and Amaya liked being around other wolves!
One particular time of happiness that she recalled was the time she had actually saved a couple of pups that had snuck off and gotten into trouble. She had saved those pups and taken them back to their pack, having first been blamed for their disappearance before the pups admitted they had run off and apologized, leading her to gain apologies as well. But Amaya was just glad she had been able to help such young pups and had taken off shortly after.
Amaya always did what she believed was right, she was as kindhearted as her mother and as smart and gracious as her father. Though her travels led her to many places, she hoped that her travels would lead her soon to a pack she could call home, wolves she could call brother and sister... Perhaps even find that certain wolf that she would in turn share the joys of parenthood with.. Such thoughts only made her smile as she continued to travel through her home land of Anikira, towards a destiny that would grow only as bright as she would make of it.
Personality: Amaya always did what she believed was right, she was as kindhearted as her mother and as smart and gracious as her father. Though she was young, she tended to act and think wiser than her age might suggest. Though she is kind and a gentle sort of wolf, there are those that might take advantage of such kindness.
Amaya's strengths are mostly mental in nature, she is smart, witty, kind, gentle, and sweet, but if someone angers her or threatens someone she cares about, this young wolf would not hesitate to try and fight to protect what she loves and holds dear. Though in balance of this, she is a bit shy, naive, and somewhat gullible, she is hard to anger and pushing her to that point is almost an on purpose event one has to be trying to push her to. She has had some instances in which she has fallen for something, or been taken advantage of, and just hadn't noticed. There had even been times in which her Kindness and sweet nature had been welcomed indeed! Especially with pups, Amaya loves to be around pups and take care of them, stemming partially from her desire to become a mother someday herself.
