History: She was born on Ireland. The small forest was plentiful enough that a small pack of the alpha pair, two other wolves, and her litter were able to get by. Her mother left the den in the care of the omega, and hunting happened often to sate the pups, large prey was rare even if the pack was big enough to hunt it. The omega cared very little about the safety of the pups, and only really stayed and made sure they did not wander too far. She only had one sibling. Her sister was another jet black small female, and so they were evenly matched physically. However her sister was outgoing, and that brought out that side of her personality, so for her first two months they seemed to have almost the same personality. They were boisterous, curious pups that would try to explore anything and everything regardless of what their parents told them. After they were caught they were innocent, and bubbly, and seemed to chatter endlessly.
She really did not develop her own character while her sister was alive, so it made sense that when they were eight months old, and decided to explore a human area, and her sister was killed she was destroyed. She did not know how to be without her sister there, and since she was old enough to hunt on her own she began to do so more and more frequently. While every few days she would convene with the pack and sleep in the common area she began to hunt more and more reclusively, and spend days away from interaction with other wolves.
Eventually she was tired of who she was, reclusive, and as a wolf she was naturally craving social interaction. Deciding to face her fear she returned to the human area to visit the place where everything had happened, and then leave, and hopefully leave at peace with the state of affairs as her parents and packmates were. When she arrived there it was early morning, and she was about to leave, feeling much better about herself. She knew that she could not continue to do what she had been doing, and finally was ready to take the step to turn over a new leaf. However as she was about to leave a human spot her, as it approached she snarled at it, but not wanting to attack, as she was afraid of humans. Running out of the area she did not know that the person had contacted someone. This was now the second wolf sighting within a month, and this one had displayed aggressive behavior. They began setting traps.
The first wolf caught was the omega, and the entire pack became highly alert. She was wary of the woods which she had thought her safe haven. Even if she had made peace with her sister's death she became reclusive again relying on herself to stay out of danger. Eventually she too was caught, the last one confirmed in the area, and actually was. There was much to be made about what to do with the wolves, she was in containment, and there were people who ran tests under her, and this only led to a greater distrust of humans, and new environments that were not naturally occurring. She spent only a week in containment, but it drove her crazy. She was used to being able to go wherever she pleased and whenever she wished to. Even being within a smaller territory her life she had never felt confined, and now she did. She had a large pen, but it was not big enough, and she developed a hatred, deep hatred for the small crates she was put into when she had been transported. She was not used to the bright lights, and even if they did not blind her she found it painful, and was constantly temperamental when they were on. Also she was kept in the same pen as the other four wolves in her pack, which was unusual for her. Even if she had wanted to spend more time with them she had planned to adjust gradually.
Finally it had been decided by the humans, she had obviously no say in where she went or so on, and it angered her the loss of control. She was being sent to an area near Anikira, the beta would be sent to a conservation center, the alpha pair sent to a facility, and she would be sent to the area with the omega. She was again confined in close quarters, and tranquilized for the journey. They kept her in a pen for a week to 'acclimate' to the new area, but she really had no problem, except with having to be so near the omega for the entire time. As soon as she was free she began wandering the place, and exploring it, however the omega wished to travel with her. He slowed her down, and this irritated her, so eventually she left him. She did not particularly care whether he lived or died. Now almost a year old she had an entire new place, much bigger than she had ever explored before. She did get into some fights, but nothing serious, and at first glance thought no pack would be right for her, even if she had made the decision to stop being what she was. Deciding to expand her boundaries she finally looked at the island and decided to make it her new start.
She wanted to forget her old self, and create someone new. Traveling onto the island she began exploring.
Personality:
She is not very good at being social, her only interactions being with her sister. She does not know how to act around those she does not know very well, but is usually determined not to allow this to make her shy. She despises and avoids interaction, but as soon as she is approached she does not try to run away from it. When interacting with other loners she is usually cold, not wanting to encourage prolonged interaction or company. When speaking with pack wolves that she is not fighting she is usually disdainful, not believing in everything they have to say. She does not really believe in love on such a widespread scale, or the heartfelt loyalty. She does believe in a conscious loyalty that is rigid, the kind that comes from respect.
In both her manner of speech, and fighting she is not the best with long continuous conversation. She can and will sustain short words for a long period of time, and look for the best time or place to put an attack or comment, and then she will strike. She is not continuously on offense, and never did develop the skills of being constantly on offense while keeping perpetually guarded. She will try to remain silent, allowing another to fill up speech, and interject when she feels she has something meaningful to impart.
She has to have alone time, whether this is a habit, or just something that she as an individual needs she will actively seek it out if it is not readily provided. She has a deep hatred of humans, and things that are related to them. She also has a hate of small spaces. This also applies to other situations, she always needs a way out, she needs a way out of the question, or a way out of the situation or so forth. She is brave, but only as long as she has a choice to be.
She is the type that will face her fears instead of running from them. However she will not extend this to protecting others unless they mean something to her personally. She rarely speaks of her past, but unless she thinks that she will get something out of it she rarely speaks at all. As far as her thoughts go she is pessimistic, but also an opportunist, she sees nothing wrong with chasing off another wolf to get to a carcass, or manipulating wolves, and she has no qualms about hurting or injuring older wolves, or wolves who are in some way incapacitated. She will harm or threaten pups, but rarely does so, preferring not to.
She does not think that everyone deserves her respect or even time of day, and thinks that that has to be earned. Those who do earn her respect have to maintain it, and those who she does not respect she will treat accordingly, but she is not suicidal.
