Onyx was pacing before he made his way towards the coral reefs. He was contemplating everything that had happened so far. Typhon was going to move him up to a seat in the council once the others graduated from the Agoge. For now he was a Vanguard but that didn't mean he couldn't slack off. He had been relentless with his training regimen. It was to the point that his muscles were bulging beneath his coarse pelt. He had grown much larger then what he had been when he had finished the Agoge and although he wasn't the "largest" wolf in Kairos he was above average when it came to size. He was over a year old now and he was beginning to feel like an adult, and he felt for sure that he was beginning to look like one too. He and Typhon had been on the same page and he had recently spoken to him about holding a gathering for those that would be graduating the Agoge. He wanted to get on a decent level with them, learn their pros and cons. And possibly offer to mentor them if they would accept him. His auds flicked forward as he finally stopped pacing and changed direction. His stomach grumbled which was a reminder that he needed to go hunting. Onyx tended to be a jack of all trades. Not only could he defend himself but he liked to think that he was a decent hunter as well. So with that in mind he made his way towards the reefs, knowing that fish would be available for him to catch there.
He made his way across the reefs, sand kicking up on his legs during the process. His tongue lolled from his mouth as he panted and finally he sat on his haunches. Orange occuli glanced down into the water, watching as the fish darted by. It was all just a matter of timing and patience. He watched as they continued to swim by until finally one swam close enough to the surface. Instantly Onyx reached down to snap at the creature, his jaws wrapping around it as it flapped and bounced in his mouth. He punctured the fish, breaking it's spine in the process so it could no longer move. He tossed the fish behind him and then turned his attention back to the water. He wanted to get a decent pile of fish going that way he could bring some back to the heart of the territory. He wanted a fresh kill pile for the others even though hunting wasn't his particular job he still wanted to look out for the whole of the pack. He was busy focusing on his task at hand when he heard the sound of another approach. He turned his head then, his eyes landing on the form of Hyperion. He had seen the giant every once in awhile but had never really conversed with him. Hello. He spoke before turning his attention back to the water.
