The small red wolf trotted heavily on her worn paws, the grass a gentle irritant sneaking along her long legs. Ever since Felan had arrived here at her new pack, all she had done was walk, walk upon mile and mile around the island. She had no intentions but to just arrive back at the start, then to do it all over again. This was of cause no help for the small pack, using up all her precious energy on walking with no destination, was their ever a destination on a island? This was many what she would think about on her long pacing, Isn't the world a island? Aren't we all trapped in our own little part of it? Most weren't the most sensitive topics, but there was nothing else for her to do. For her broken jaw could not hold the weakest of prey, let alone bite deep enough for her long canines to rub ageist each other once more.
The she wolf had now been washed up twice, the sea water now seemed to be a permeate scent smothered over her pelt and her ears also permanently blocked with irritateing liquid. But this time when she had washed up on foreign shores, there had been a welcomed monster to meet her their. The wolf that goes by the name, Belial. The single word sent a shiver of both delight and fear down her spine, the massive brute could not be touched, sending fear into each hearts he meets, including her own. But this whole show of power and confidence did not for once scare her away, she was fascinated. All her life power was never in jaws reach for her, her dignity and respect had all been snatched away from her by those ruthless mutts that called themselves wolves, let alone a pure pack.
But she had stayed. For the alpha's power over the whole pack had snatched her attention, spinning her mind for what she would do with it. But it was neither in her reach, or was it? The alpha showed no interest in her, and had got a little irritated by her showing off by the look of his blue eye's. Still, that did not mean she could work her magic and get him on his knees. She had to admit, she was quiet skilled in the art of seducing males at her will, she had plenty of practice at the Warrior pack and who was to say this place was any different? The only other females she had seen around was the alphess and some lanky subordinate, all the rest drooling mutts who could never even class themselves as males. Ever since her encounter at the last pack she had been in, she never really got the trust in the opposed sex back, they were swift and clam talkers would could lead you any where. If not to talk about herself.
The sun hung low and heavily across the island, it's lack of tall vegetation giving it the effect that a shadow could roam forever behind her. Having her to squint at the angry red orb that she could trust in to come in and out of her life each day. But for a second Felan eye's adjusted to the darkness of a shadow only to be met by the glear of the sun again. A foul oder of rotting flesh and feces hit the young wolf like a slap, the uncomfortable warm air that came with it sent a terrified shiver down her spine. When her eye's did finally adjust to the strong light, she jumped back in fright with what she saw. A large arched back dog stood before her, beside the sun like it was it's companion. The light browns and reds smothered over its body with darker circular spots littering its chest and lower body. The dark brown eyes bore into Felan's, holding little emotions or feelings.
The femme bitted back her fear and let out the rumbling growl echoing in the depth of her stomach, "Move out of my way, mutt" She inched her way back, intending to make her way around him. But just as she was taking a step forward, the Hyena blocked her way once more, "Don't worry, I won't eat you. I guess that will benefit us both much more" His voice was a high chuckling sound that took her by surprise, scareing her much more if he had been a deep voiced dog. He took a step towards her, his warm breath making her head spin, the rotting teeth way too close for her liking. "What do you want, mutt?" She asked with harshness covering her words, she had no time for this dog. Just as the Hyena turned to pace before her, the sunset light bathed its arched back and the condition of it came clear. Littering over the Hyena's body was puncture marks and fresh scars, clearly needing the attention of a skilled Shaman. He was nothing more then skin and bone.
A chuckling laughter erupted from his black maw, the small rounded ears turned towards her. "Where are my manners? I'm Kar, a spotted hyena since I guess ya haven't met one before." Then he added with a slight secret chuckle "Or ya wouldn't be here breathing" Felan couldn't believe her ears, this male Hyena was scareing her more than any of the males in her own pack had, for they had known their boundary, this beast had none. "Felan, now get out of my way or I will hurt you" She shot back, baring her long white teeth into his long mussel. The crumpled dog was shorter than Felan, but that did not mean he was weaker. She could see with the first glance that his jaw was set with rippling muscles that were ready to turn her bone into dust with one bite. Even though he looked on the edge of starvation and having his own blood dripping off his wiry fur, he was way much more stronger than Felan could ever imagine, and Kar knew that.
A rippling high pitch laughter once more lined his words, "Don't be so quick to leave, my dear. I've got a wee deal to share with you, and I know you won't resist it" He wasn't laughing now, his eye brows drew close together in a serious face. His huge paw took a step closer so that now his foul breath was right up into her ear. "You take me to your pack, say that we are now... Friends, they heal my wounds and feed me back to health. What you get in return is that I don't get a craving for wolf blood" At this Kar let out another laugh like this was the most normal talk he had all week. Felan didn't what to say, she knew that this beast could end her life with one bite from his jaws, like all other animals she had met. But for a moment she knew he wouldn't, he looked on his finally legs and a hint of loneliness would pass his eye's once in a while, only to be replaced with harshness.

For a few moments the young wolf just stood there, staring back at the cold eye's of the Hyena before nodding her head in agreement. What else can I do?
Notes:Open to anyone, I just wanted to get started with her relationship with Kar xD
