History: Xion’s father was the kind of wolf that one would be afraid of just by looking at him. He was tall, muscular, black as night, with eyes that looked like they could see right through you. White fangs were often bared in aggression or domination. His head and his tail were constantly held high and his eyes were always up. Not once did he ever submit to another, not even to his own mate. He had made up his mind years before Xion was born that he would never have a daughter that he would allow to live. He hated females and thought of them as week and stupid. The only she wolf he ever paid any good attention to at all was his so called mate and even she barely got his “nice” side. Even his mating was not sweet or kind but rather forceful and harsh. He had been that way his entire life.
Xion’s mother gave birth late at night on March 3rd, 2008. The night was clear without a single cloud in sight as far as the eye could see. It was cool despite there being no wind. The full moon shone brightly and illuminated the new born pups like a nature made spotlight. Except for the soft growls coming from her mother, the night was silent. Her father was off somewhere, up to something, and her mother had no idea when he’d be back. He never gave her any details when he went off. Her mom used the alone time to relax and inspect all of her pups. Three of them were boys, brown like their mother. The fourth one was a girl, jet black fur and deep eyes just like her father. Her mom whimpered at the thought of what could happen to her and nuzzled her closer to her sympathetically and protectively. She vowed to protect her for as long as possible, never leaving her side unless she absolutely had to.
Well, for the first six months, she was able to keep her promise. Wherever she went, Xion went with her. When she slept, Xion slept tucked under her head. When she hunted, she ate only small prey she could catch while keeping her daughter in sight. When her father came over to try and hurt her, her mother would snap, snarl, and claw him away. Relaxing only once he was out of sight. It wasn’t until Xion was nearly seven months old that her curiosity started showing and she started wandering off whenever her mother wasn’t looking. Having seen this, her father knew his chance to get rid of the weakling carrying his blood would soon be upon him and he waited, day and night for his chance. Finally, Xion wandered far enough away from her mother that he could attack her without worrying about her mother hearing or seeing what was going on. He wasted no time as he leapt out of the bushes where he had been hiding and aimed to land on her. Xion, sensing what was coming and knowing how her father was, quickly moved over, causing her father to barely miss. He snarled and instead of showing fear, young Xion did the same and snapped bravely at her father. Even though she was no where near biting him, the scene was enough to make him think twice. He figured with his blood running through him maybe she wasn’t as weak as all the other females. He would wait and watch her before deciding if she should be allowed to live. He snarled at her once last time before turning around and disappearing into the brush. Xion stood motionless, shaking, and it was at that moment that her heart become cold and dark. She knew if she wanted to live, she had to become her father.
For the next four years, that’s exactly what she did. Her father wouldn’t let her leave the family since he wanted to keep watch over her, deciding each minute of every day if she should live another day. She perfected her fighting, her stalking, and her hunting. She defended herself against the attacks of her brothers and even managed to beat them on several occasions. She submitted when she knew her father would be angry if she didn’t but other than that she didn’t listen to anyone. She killed the wolves that would wander into the territory her father had claimed and over time developed a lust for blood. As she grew, She started to like being bad. It made her feel strong, powerful, unstoppable. She fed off those feelings and become both emotionally and physically stronger with each passing year. Her howls were ice cold and the darkness in her soul showed in her eyes. Her snowy white fangs became lethal weapons and she made certain her claws were always as sharp as they could. By the time she was five, nothing would stand in her way and it was with that realization that she stood up to her father. They fought for hours and a lot of blood was spilt but only one survived and the black she wolf howled coldly and loudly, letting her accomplishment be known and then she left. She left the tiny corner of Anikira that her father had once claimed and set off to let her name be known throughout the rest of the land. For she was Xion, daughter of Lucifer, and she was to be feared.
Personality: Xion is a forced to be reckoned with. She was forced to be aggressive and strong in order to survive the first three years of her life and living that way day in and day out eventually grew on her. She became just like she pretended to act. Hateful, aggressive, cold. She doesn’t trust males thanks to her father and that only fuels her aggression. After her father made her kill several wolves, she developed a thirst for blood and if she sees a chance to quench that thirst, she’ll take it or die trying. Secretly, she longs for a mate and for someone to show her that not all males are like her father but she will never let that show. She hardly sleeps, only sleeping as long as she absolutely has to. She doesn’t like being useless when she could be out causing havoc. She has several scars along her body, some of which are covered by her dark fur and some that still show through. Although, to her they’re a sign of strength and the fights she has won, not a sign of weakness. Friends are below her and though she will work with others if she has to, she will never consider herself friends with anyone. Underneath that cold hard walls she has set around her heart, Xion has a completely side. A side like the one who protected her for months and loved her unconditionally. Xion has a polar opposite personality letting her be sweet, caring, protective, loyal, and loving. The only thing is that getting to that side of her is extremely difficult and at five years of age, no one has managed to do it yet and she’s starting to believe no one ever will manage to get it out of her. She will never give up her hopes of finding a mate and settling down but she will never share those hopes and will continue instilling fear in others until they, if ever, come true.
