It had been well over a year before Lichen had found another pack to settle down in. She had been convinced that she would live the life of a loner after abandoning her home pack, the Avalicks. Lichen had traveled for miles and had come across plenty of wolves, but none of them had welcomed her and the majority had chased her out. It wasn't until she came across Titan that she had the tiniest shred of hope left inside her. He had showed her mercy despite her trespassing and allowed her to get her first drink in days, and had even extended an invitation of joining. She felt welcomed and relaxed despite just meeting the large brute and accepted the offer. He had granted her the position of hunter for now considering she wasn't a very submissive female, but she assured him that her eyes were on the prize. She was by far not a weak female, and intended to prove her worth in order to take that lead hunter position. She was extremely fit, her muscles toned beneath her pure ivory pelt. Youth was also on her side, and she wasn't too small when it came to size. She was just beginning to grow comfortable around here despite not having met any of her fellow pack mates yet. She knew that in due time she would meet the others, but her main priority was meeting her Alpha. Titan had filled her in on Goliath and had given her a warning so to speak on his size, but that didn't bother her. She had expected most of the wolves in Kairos to be quite large so she wasn't concerned. Ina'mos had multiple different parts of land and even though she had been welcomed in Liandry Falls she wanted to broaden her horizon. So she had boldly continued her trek throughout the terrain just simply getting accustomed to it. On this particular day she was making her way towards the caverns. She had been intrigued by the sound of it and wanted to make the short trip there. Her paws dug into the moist terrain, leaving a small trail behind her but it wouldn't last for long. It was already beginning to snow but Lichen didn't mind it, the Artic she wolf was made for colder weather.
She moved into a light jog, her slender limbs easing her over the ground. She leaped over some of the boulders and climbed her way across the terrain. It was very meticulous but soon she made it towards the entrance of the cavern. At first she stopped, her shockingly emerald eyes getting a good look at it. She inhaled, smelling nothing but the damp musky smell that came with the caves. So far she was by herself which didn't bother her, she was used to it. The trickling sounds of water echoed off the walls and it persuaded her to continue onwards. Lichen wove down the tunnels, her talons clicking against the cave floor. It seemed that she had been walking for hours until finally she saw the blues of the water shining onto the cave walls. She strode forward and stopped at the edge, it was quite a bit of a drop into the water and she didn't want to fall in. Instead Lichen lowered herself to the cave floor, her paws outstretched in front of her as she gazed into the water. This was extremely relaxing and she let out a sigh of relief. It was still unbelievable that she had finally found a home. She rested her head on her paws for a moment before she thought she heard the sound of another approaching. You might as well show yourself because I can obviously hear you. She spoke while turning her head, her shocking emerald orbs waiting for this stranger to appear.
