Boredom had manifested every fiber of Eve's being. She was so downright bored that it was driving her nuts! She found herself pacing more often then naught. Doing loops around Ananke's territory to the point that her head was beginning to spin. She was too big of a wolf to be cramped in small spaces even though Ananke's territory was anything but small. She had never really liked being around others of course she was a part of Ananke regardless. She had to protect Nimue, knowing that the female was more passive aggressive then anything. Eve hadn't necessarily given Nimue a choice when it came to her joining Ananke, but at the same time she wasn't about to take the experience for granted. But now with the snow forming a firm layer on the ground she was growing bored. She was tired of experiencing the same routine day in and day out. And so on this particular morning she decided to pay a friendly visit to her old pack. Kairos had expanded not long ago and had taken the territory of Acerbus. Eve had heard about it just like any other wolf had and her curiosity had been sparked. She was interested to see what was going on and just how many of the kairos wolves were inhabiting Acerbus now. She glanced around her, tipping her muzzle up into the air to scent her surroundings before she made her way out of Ananke's territory.

She was sure that Nimue would be curious as to why she was leaving but Eve had never been questioned before. This was not her first rodeo. She had had plenty of opportunities of exploration and never brought trouble to Ananke. When she was out and about she was riding solo, and that meant she didn't have to tell anyone a damn thing about her pack. Today she was a free agent and her long limbs extended as she lumbered across the snowy terrain as gracefully as possible. She was no teacup and in fact she was larger then almost all of the males in Ananke. Her ebony fur stuck out like a sore thumb against the white landscape but she didn't care. If anyone tried giving her a hard time she would tell them to suck it. Her bright green orbs glanced around her as she still remained alone for now. It did not take her long to make it into Acerbus, but the scent markers were strong. She could be playing with fire here but Eve wasn't intimidated by anyone. Besides she was still family with those in Kairos. This was a friendly visit and a curious one. She made her way further into the territory, nares flaring as she inhaled the crisp morning air. An unfamiliar scent hit her nares then and it was definitely male. Why not come out and play? She drawled before planting her haunches on the ground. She couldn't look any less vulnerable but boy was that the fun of things. Each muscle was ready to spring in a half of a second, but for now she played it off like she had no idea what she was doing.

[attr="class","pltxt"]Miquiztli. It was the name that had plagued Xolotl's sleep and his waking world. The monochrome brute had always yearned for knowledge, but this... Every fibre in his body yearned to know, to be enlightened, to understand the god. He had never imagined himself as a religious creature, had never played with the concept of an almighty deity, but he never associated religion with Death either, had he? And now that the God of Death had revealed Himself to the necromaniac, of course he believed, of course. He was religious now, every crevice, every strand of fur belonging to Him. Xolotl's heart beat for Miquiztli; he breathed for Miquiztli; he lived for Him. Over the course of mere days, the Kairos wolf had felt immensely different—more confident, more content, less tense. It was as if he was in touch with a god, as if he was communicating with a higher being, as if he had somehow served his purpose or a large portion of it at least.

And at the cause of it was Cihua, the wolfess who had introduced this deific sovereign to him, the unique, heterochromatic femme with the graceful name, the fascinating appearance... She was his, Xolotl would make sure of it. He would see her again, speak to the sizeable she-wolf of Miquiztli; perhaps he would befriend her in his own twisted sense of the word. Perhaps he was not with her all of the time, but she would never be gone from his life. Very, very soon, as soon as the warrior brought his catch back to Sabaoth as Typhon had ordered, he could focus on her again, seek her out. They had only met once, yes, but that did not change that Xolotl, not some other brute or femme, was the wolf to greet such an extraordinary canine to Anikira.

Xolotl had been lost in thought of Cihua and Miquiztli when a drawling voice pulled him out of his reverie. There was a scent, one definitely not of Kairos, and female as well. A trespasser, an intruder. Snarling irritably at the constant disregard of borders that he had been seeing recently, the warrior turned to face whoever it was.

The femme that he was greeted with was no dainty fae; she was probably the largest she-wolf that Xolotl had encountered, seeming slightly larger than even Cihua. She had a set of pale green eyes and an ebony pelt, he noticed, but that was not the concern. The concern was her blatant disregard for the scent markers practically smothered all over the border and the nonchalant face that she wore, her rump resting casually upon the ground. Walking up to her, the Kairos wolf growled, "Play? Oh, I can play. But, do tell, what may you be doing intruding upon clearly claimed lands? Have your lost your sense of smell?"
