Now that ranks had pretty much been settled, the Arabian decided to poke around the cave some more. This time he made sure to keep his tongue in his mouth, not wanting a repeat of what had happened mere minutes ago. Yes, there would be no more stalagmite licking for Kadhi.
Padding towards one of the inner chambers, he started to follow the dark path. He was maybe ten paces into it when he decided he didn't want to explore it, however, and promply turned around. His tail was wagging as he reentered the main chamber. As quickly as he reappered did he dissapear again, heading down a different passage. Only a few steps into it he again decided he didn't want to travel its length. He turned around once more and headed back towards the pack.
Coming back into the little circle of gathered wolves, he plopped himself down to scratch at an ear. His head tilted back and to the side as sharp claws relieved a small, annoying itch. "Mmm." 'Much better.' Once satisfied the tickly stinging feeling wouldn't be bothering him for a while, he rose again and looked up at his packmates. They were a rather odd bunch of wolves, now that he thought of it. Xinelil seemed a little soft to be an alpha, probably still just learning. Seria had appeared out of nowhere giving out free advice. That pup, Steele, was one of the most cowardly creatures he'd met with, and he wasn't even the smallest member of the pack. And then there was Kadhi, tiny, carefree, thoughtless, and not really accoustomed to mountain life in the snow.
"Helloooo there?"
His ears twitched at the sound of an unfamilar voice as yet another female's scent reached his nose. Since he'd joined this pack it'd been like walking through the pages of a pop-up book. Every place they went someone new seemed to pop up. Curious, Kadhi quickly followed Steele to the entrance, wanting to see who else had stumbled upon their little pack.
Reaching the cave's mouth, the small brute couldn't help raising a brow. "There's a bird following you." This new wolf was a strange site indeed. Not only did she look a little lost, but there was a hawk following her around...
