Thinking he may have done a bold movement, a sudden sense of anxiety gripped his gut. He didn't want to come off as perverted for wanting to stay with her one night to witness the fireflies, yet Alina didn't think so, apparently. She was smiling and she even said that it sounded like fun, and that she had never been in the forest at night, preferring to be close to other pack mates during the darkest hours. Kujo nodded, understanding perfectly how she felt. But, since he was so accustomed to this forest, he considered it home even more than the dens of the pack. He spent days and nights here when he were alone, and it was in here that he had learned to appreciate the nature around him. Kujo smiled and wagged his tail in happiness, a soft rush of blood filling his cheeks.
The sky began to showcase shades of orange, pink and yellow, the blue slowly receding away like an ocean wave. The clouds began to get scarce, and in the distance the twinkling stars began to emerge, completing the merging between the sun and the night--a beautiful twilight. Kujo smiled and then looked at Alina, moving his body to face the direction of the den. "My... time has flown by fast..." A bittersweet feeling entered him, because he did not want to stop talking to Alina but his body was showing signs of preparing itself for the long night ahead. "I'll be on the lookout for the fireflies; once they appear, I'll tell you so we can do the sleepover. It will be fun, I promise." He wagged his tail, sincerity and kindness spilling over his eyes as he spoke. "We should get going, I'll show you a nice place in the dens to sleep at night. You can sleep there," he said as he motioned her to walk side-by-side with him back to the den...
Alina
Sorry for the short reply.. D8 We can have them go to the den, Kujo can show her the place and leaves her there before walking a little bit further ahead and they both fall asleep. ^^
