History: A simple love story brought together the parents of this special puppy. Vorilye, the alpha of Descai at the time, wandered into the loner lands, unaware that fate was guiding his every move. It was on this random excursion outside of his territory that he stumbled upon the litter's mother, Atriell. This flighty, yet highly intelligent, female caught Vorilye's attention in a way that no other wolf had for several years. And so he found himself infatuated with the female and was disappointed to part with his angel. Not a year had passed, and an injured Atriell found herself at the borders of Descai, claiming sanctuary due to an injury. Without hesitation, the alpha male invited the white femme, and begrudgingly her companion Solo, into the pack. What started as a mere curiosity developed into much more, and in a very uncharacteristic move, Vorilye asked the white female to be his mate shortly after making her beta of the pack. It was with this union that the first legitimate litter from Vorilye in over four years came to pass. Saphira, along with her four siblings, came into the world with very little drama. Unlike their older siblings, these pups did not know the old Vorilye and would be given the opportunity to grow in a normal union.
Personality:
Bubbly. This is Saphira's defining characteristic. Saphira is a very light individual in comparison to her parents and older siblings. She is incessantly curious, outgoing, friendly, and incredibly playful, but also has a mischievous streak. Water is her best friend and playmate. She would spend every day near the water if she could, but her favourite pastime is making new friends. Strangers are never a source of fear for her. She regards them all as friends she has not yet met.
Idealistic. She is not the typical overachiever, though she is always straining to be the best and inwardly berating herself for failing. There is always an idea in her head of how things "should" be going or what she "should" be doing, and she can easily become melancholy and frustrated when things do not work out the way she had hoped. She is somewhat attention seeking and uses her playful nature to steal the spotlight and make herself look better than those around her. She is not afraid to work for what she wants, though her "work" is typically of the more subtle form and not readily picked up on by others. It is very rare that she hears the word no, and when she does, she will fawn and manipulate to gain favor and control.
Personal. In accordance with her love of making friends, Saphira is good at reaching into others' personal lives in a way that would seem intrusive if it were anyone else, but she has a way of making others feel comfortable opening up and sharing things they would not share with most. She starts deep conversations easily and effortlessly and is able to show compassion and care to any wolf, no matter their history. This is a trait she loves and tries to develop, though her playfulness often gets in the way and blinds her to another wolf's emotions when she is too set on simply having fun.
Passionate. Whatever area of her life, Saphira approaches everything with passion, expressing "negative" and "positive" emotions alike, though she tends to favor the positive emotions when she can. She rarely holds a grudge and tries to befriend all those around her. She is also incredibly passionate and loyal when it comes to her pack, for which she feels responsibility as a respected member of good lineage.
