History: The story of Ariella and her siblings is an uncomplicated one. While Vorilye had ventured out of Descai territory, perhaps to clear his head or perhaps fate decided to intervene, he met a stunningly beautiful she-wolf named Atriell. He had never seen a creature that matched her beauty and her intelligence was infatuating. After an initial conversation, the two went their separate ways. Not a year later, Atriell had come to Descai with and injury and was seeking refuge. Vorilye gladly allowed her in to the pack. However, he was not so pleased with allowing Atriell's friend, Solo, into the pack. It didn't take long for their relationship to manifest into something much more than friends. After the previous beta, Shayde, passed on, Atriell comforted Vorilye as he mourned her death. He confessed that she had been one of the best things to ever happen to Descai and for once he hadn't felt alone. He then went on to confess his true feelings for Atriell. He told her that she was the most beautiful creature he had ever seen and that her wisdom was unrivaled by any he had ever met. Vorilye made an uncharacteristically trusting move and asked Atriell to be his beta. She accepted his offer and only a few minutes later, Vorilye ravenously asked Atriell to be his mate and the two were joined as one.
This had been the first litter that Vorilye and his partner had ever talked about names before the birth. Before, the mother would have named a couple and then Vorilye would take one or two and bestow names on them. This time, to two bounced names off of each other and selected a few male names and a few female names that they both liked. Before long Atriell was giving birth to her first litter in which Ariella was the first born. She was a petite female of mostly gold, with a few prominent white markings on her body. Over time Ariella began to blossom into a beautiful young she wolf who was always focused on the well being of others. Some would say her caring nature made her more naïve but she didn't think so. For awhile life within Descai was peaceful, and she enjoyed it. But it wasn't long after her first birthday that her father removed himself from the throne, handing the pack over to her half brother Ryker. Ariella had no ill will towards Ryker and genuinely hoped that he could carry on the ways of the Descai as well as their father had. Not long after this monumental change her mother disappeared, and Ariella followed after her. She was confused as to why her mother had abandoned them but she followed, determined to find her and bring her back home. She searched the ends of Anikira endlessly with no luck, and finally retreated from her mission. Upon returning she heard rumors of a neighboring pack taking over Descai land but she had scoffed at them. There was no way that Ryker would allow such a thing to occur. But when she did return she was greeted by strange scents, not scents of her kin. Ariella retreated once more, this time following her father's smell. It was clear that Ryker was absent, and oddly enough her father's was stronger then ever. Confusion was a part of her now but she was determined to get her answers. And so she took off to the last bit of homeland she knew, in search of her father and her sister Saphira to wrap her head around what had happened. But there was also a new gleam of determination in her eye, a determination to help her family regain their stomping grounds. Regardless of who they had to cast out of their way to get it.
Personality: Ariella is an individual whose world revolves around others. She lives in a world of possibilities. She has excellent social skills. She understands and cares about others. She has a special talent for brining out the best in others. Her main interest in life is giving love, support and a good time to others around her. She is focused on understanding, encouraging, and supporting others. She gets her best personal satisfaction from making things happen for others. Because her people skills are so extraordinary, she has the ability to make others do exactly what she wants them to do. She can get under the skin of others to get the reaction she is seeking. Her motives are usually unselfish but there are times when she uses her gift for manipulation.
She is so externally focused that it's important for her to spend some time alone. This can be difficult for her as she is often too hard on herself and her thoughts can turn dark. Because of this, she tries to avoid being alone. She likes to fill her life with activities that involve others. She defines her life's direction and priorities according to the needs of others. It's not uncommon for her to forget her own needs. However, she stays aware of her own needs so that she doesn't sacrifice herself in her drive to help others.
She is drawn to those with strong personalities. She radiates authenticity, concern and altruism. She is unafraid to stand up and speak when she feels something needs to be said. She finds it naturally easy to communicate with others. It seems as though she can reach everyone, whether it be through logic, facts or raw emotion. She can easily see the motivations and seemingly disconnected events and is able to bring these ideas together and communicate them as a common goal with an eloquence that is nothing short of mesmerizing.
The interest she has in others is genuine, almost to a fault - when she believes someone, she can become too involved in that other person's problems. Luckily, this trust tends to be a self-fulfilling prophesy as her altruism and authenticity inspires those she cares about to become better themselves. But if she isn't careful, her optimism can push others father than they're willing to go.
She is vulnerable to another snare as well: she has tremendous capacity for reflecting on and analyzing her own feelings, but if she gets too caught up in the plights of others, she can develop a sort of emotional hypochondria, seeing others' problems in her own life and trying to fix something within herself that isn't wrong. If she gets to a point where she is held back by limitations that someone else is experiencing, it can hinder her ability to see past the dilemma and be of any help at all. When this happens, it's important for her to remember to pull back and use that self-reflection to distinguish between what she really feels and what is a separate issue that needs to be looked at from another perspective.
She is a genuine, caring wolf who can talk the talk and walk the walk, and nothing makes her happier than leading the charge, uniting and motivating her team with infectious enthusiasm. She is a passionate altruist, sometimes even to a fault, and she is unlikely to be afraid to take the slings and arrows while standing up for others and the ideas that they believe in. She wants to lead the way to a brighter future.
