History: Born a smaller pup than his sister, this brute grew larger her after she had ventured away from their home in the loner lands of Anikira, only to find she had left Anikira altogether shortly there-after. They were a little under a year when she had left, and that was the very last time he had seen or spoken to her. Especially after their lone mother had passed due to age and illness when the pups were only five months old. Shortly after they had started to rely on meat fully. With her passing so early in his life, the brute soon known as Tarak, found he still had so much to learn. Including respect. Not having his father around, makes it even worse. Even when all he knows about him, is that he was not a very friendly pack wolf that had attacked his mother, leaving her with two pups as she slowly died inside.
After the departure of his, then, bigger sister, Tarak spent the majority of his time exploring his home, venturing further into Anikira at the age of two and a half after leaving the island. Even then, he has been venturing on his own, learning the land on his own. Learning where the best spots to hunt are, the best places to rest. He still has quite a ways to go before he has fully explored Anikira.
At the age of two, Tarak started to lose his vision all over something one would call pupish or foolish. He picked a fight with a well trained elder for space to rest in a large cave, and got it with less eye-sight than what he appeared with. In the end though, he was able to rest for the night on one side of the cave, with the elder on the other side, his old eyes watching him all night.
By the time he was three years old, he had settled more than what he was, but was still more of a pup than an older. That alone, had gotten him into more fights than one would think possible for a younger wolf. It's also what had given him his scars. No matter where the creature had gone, there was always one who hated him by the time he left. It never failed. How he remained alive this long, no one knew. On top of having so few scars.
For the last year of exploring, many mysteries have crossed Tarak's path, but one thing stood out. There were many packs that were present, but so few seemed to catch his attention. It was about six months ago that he crossed to a new land, a loner's land as he decided it was time to clear his mind and focus on something else. So what better than to learn to fight? The last several months, Tarak has been training himself to become a better fighter and to learn all he can learn on his own, using the aggressive wolves that he meets to test out new techniques. Otherwise he is using large prey or un-moving objects to perfect them.
Aside from trying to prefect his hunting instincts even further than what they already were and what seemed to be his fair fighting skills, Tarak spent just as much time studying the land around him. How the ground sculpted the mountains, dividing itself for the waters. He tried to figure out everything he could learn on just his own since he had no pack. Never had.
Personality: Tarak had to taken after his father with his temper since his mother was naturally a gentle wolf that took others into consideration and gave her spot when requested. The pup though, was the complete opposite. He doesn't give his place for much, and would prefer to hold his ground than to back down. Standing back to listen though, he usually will. He will protect those that need it and will die if it means he had to to protect his loved ones.
At first meeting, he can be a little intimidating from his temper and energy, but once he has settled, he can be a lovable wolf. He can be very protective of what he calls family, and mostly the females. When Tarak encounters pups, all temper disappears. He becomes more of a pup than normal, and can be found either guarding them or playing with them.
Respect is one thing this brute always has a problem with, since he never learned it as a pup since his mom died and he had to learn everything by himself, which makes him very curious and willing to learn and understand.
But when he gets confused, his temper will show, though he will normally take it out on objects that do not move on their own.
