text speech thought
All through the night the skies and winds had raged; torrential rains poured from the black sky and fierce gusts raked across the sea and open plains, and occasionally the she-wolf had been awoken by the growl of thunder. For those whose faith in the Lord was weak questioned their compliance with His word, interpreting the storm as a symbol of his wrath. For his faithful alabaster follower, Nova understood that He did all things for the benefit of his children. The rain had begun to break through the layer of snow covering the rolling hills of Tiayr, revealing the green grass below which would beckon the cervid back in to the territory providing a meal for the members of Eden. The high winds created tremendous currents and waves which did an abundance of good for the salty ocean beyond her comprehension, but as the tide would recede would leave behind gifts for Elohim’s children on the sandy shore. Through the hands of the storm, Elohim was providing for his servants, just has he had provided them a dry shelter to hole up in while he worked throughout the night.
If that was not enough, an afternoon sun broke through the fading clouds and warmed the female to the core. With a smile plastered to her blackened lips and a glimmer in her cocoa colored irises, Nova strode towards the cliffs on the far east of the territory where she would find the narrow winding path that led down the cliffside to the occasional shore below that would lead her to her lover, and her Haimovi. Partly concealed by the strong aroma of the sea, Thanatos’ scent was carried on the wind over the rocky cliffs. Of course she didn’t need her nose to tell her where to find her mate, she knew him well enough to know that he would be here collecting the fish, crabs, and other edible creatures whose misfortune was their easy meal. But her strides were filled with more purpose than the hunger in her belly. Elohim’s favor was shining upon them today and she meant to take full advantage of His grace.
In the earliest days of winter, eager to cement their relationship in the eyes of Elohim and members of Eden, Thanatos had taken Nova under him in the pursuit of breeding an heir. Weeks had passed and Nova’s period of estrus continued without faltering and she knew that she had not been able to conceive her Haimovi’s children. Afraid of her inability to bare Than’s heirs, she felt ashamed until one morning when Elohim spoke to her heart and comforted His daughter, and told her not to be discouraged, but to continue to be fervent in her Faith and He would let her know when her womb was primed to conceive. Thanatos had wanted to continue to try for conception, and while it pained her to deny the Haimovi his sexual rites with his Kimak; she turned him away each time he advanced, placating her mate with the wisdom bestowed upon her.
But today there was a boldness that had not been in her before, she could feel Elohim’s presence and swelled with knowing that her womb was primed to deliver greatness. Spotting Thanatos dragging a flopping fish further on to the shore before it could retreat into the depth of the waters and be lost to them, her lady parts began to quiver and ache with anticipation. Their sexual trysts in the past had always been delightful, but somehow she knew that today’s encounter would bring her mind and body to heights never experienced before.
As she covered the distance between the two, Than’s attention focused on the fish and killing it before it successfully got away from him, she forced herself to slow to a sultry pace. “O-” she called before quickly adjusting her voice to a lower octave in her unnecessary attempt to sound more alluring. “Oh…my Love…” she finished, batting her eyes as her Haimovi turned to look at her, the bright sun gleaming off her alabaster coat.
