A haunting forest thinned out until it became nothing more than grassland still trying to be rejuvenated. In the dark of night, rain pounded steadily within both territories. The moon was round and full in the late evening, mist swirling about the ground and creating a dense fog. It was the perfect cover for the shady Red wolf creeping about this unguarded in-between. While the rest of the gypsies were content to lounge about in Kamari, Acarapi was not. His options for female entertainment were slim even with the addition of the Haishin wolves. With the mating season still in its early stages, the male was lusting something awful. He craved the body of a bitch in heat and would not stop until he found one. Thus, the silver eyed male was currently pacing the border between the two packs. On one paw he could cross it and see what hidden treasures it held. On the other, did he really want to risk getting in trouble so soon when they barely had one foot in the door? Entering the territory unannounced would definitely have strong consequences and he did not want to alert the pack to his presence. Since the only thing he was seeking was a bit of female companionship, Acarapi saw no reason to involve an alpha or two. And so he continued pacing. All he could do for the moment was pray a female came along and found him. So long as fortune remained on his side, hopefully he would get what he wanted.

Things had changed. With everything that had gone on recently she was unsure what to do any more and if she were to be totally honest with herself; which she often wasn't, she was starting to wonder if Salen was the right place for her. She no longer felt like this was home for her, she felt so alone these days and with such a heavy secret looming over her she found it harder to be around those she had once called her friends. But where else could she go? Who would want someone like her, a strange looking wolf with very few skills around? And would she even be allowed to leave? Now that she knew Denali's secret would the alphess willingly let het go or would she want her to stay close enough where she could ensure her secret remained just that.

Her life had changed so much over the past few years since she had come to Salen and in a way the events she had been a part of since joining Exodus' pack had made her become a different wolf to the one she had been before coming to the strange lands of Anikira. But she knew that staying here was no longer an option and it tore at her heart to imagine a life away from these lands. She loved Exodus and it pained her every day to see him with Denali, and this pain had only gotten worse since she had found out that the pack's pups might not be Exodus'. But Denali had asked her to not tell Exodus and now she was torn between her love and devotion to Exodus and the loyalty to the alphess' orders. If she told Exodus he'd be so broken and perhaps he would run Denali away and the two could be together, but Denali might be able to easily twist Exodus to believe that she was lying and she would be run out of Salen. She could of course keep her mouth shut and carry on like she didn't know and continue with this insufferable pain but Mikko knew that the only true logical way of moving on was to find a new home.

Wondering around the pack lands she mulled over how exactly she would leave. It had been quite a while since she had been alone and although she knew she could fend for herself and that her instincts would kick in and allow her to survive as a lone wolf. But she didn't want that, she needed to be with other wolves to serve as a distraction for what she felt, being alone would only give her little else to think about. Perhaps this was a good time to return to her lands; to see her brother and maybe even her old mate, she often wondered how he was doing after she had left. It would be awkward...very awkward but it might do her some good to see him, remind him of the wolf she had once been and maybe she could become that wolf again.

Someone was approaching. And by the smell of things... Acarapi's expression lit up with a hungry gleam. It seemed fortune was upon him this night for the tantalizing scent of the fairer sex was subtly drifted towards him. He could feel the heat of his own hormones pooling at just the thought of the stranger's body. Didn't matter who she was or what she wanted. The moment he laid eyes on her he was going to have her, even if she didn't want it. His head glided back and forth, senses alert as he sought her out from his spot on the boarder. He was overly eager, lusting something awful for a gal with experience. Sure Revan had been fun, but she was young and inexperienced. He'd gotten his jollies off right fine with her, but now he wanted someone that knew a bit about properly pleasing him. Sex was always better when he didn't have to do all the work or take his time being careful. So when the striped form of the little female danced its way into view, he couldn't keep the leering grin off his face. She was definitely older, and while her looks were quite strange that didn't bother him at all. Silver eyes raked over her body, lingering where they didn't belong. She was a healthy female; that was all that mattered. "Hey there beautiful. Nice night for a stroll, eh?" he half-catcalled, half charmed. His tail wagged a little, dusting the ground in his excitement. There was no doubt that his attention was completely absorbed by this stranger. Now if only she'd wander a little closer so he could... Flesh heating more, he had to restrain himself from charging forward and jumping her. He wanted this one to come to him. He would get in less trouble if he officially stayed outside of Salen's borders, even if it was just barely.

There was something in the air and Mikko stopped in her tracks and sniffed the air as she tried to locate where the scent was coming from and who the scent belonged to. If a stranger had wondered on to the lands of Salen then she would have to deal with them and make sure that they knew that they should have asked permission before entering their lands. Of course they weren't her lands but she was still a part of the pack; for now and as a member of the pack she had a duty to protect the lands and the other pack members. If this stranger wanted to join them then that was fair enough but it was always better to ask before seeking entry, Exodus wasn't exactly a fan of those who wondered onto his lands.

The source of the scent soon came into view and she found herself oddly impressed by the fact that the wolf hadn't trespassed over the border into their lands and was instead waiting just outside the markings. His scent was quite strong and admittedly he was rather handsome but whether that thought came from her hormones or not was something she couldn't quite work out but he certainly seemed charming and that was enough to spark her interest. Her tail wagged slightly in return and she walked closer, still remaining in the safety of the borders of Salen; although this wolf was charming she had learned that things weren't always as they seemed and she had to think of her well being first. "Well hello there stranger." She paced the border slowly teasing the wolf slightly and tempting him towards her. He was clearly much larger then she was, but so were most wolves and he could easily overpower her so she just hoped he wasn't hear to cause trouble. "A stroll is always better when accompanied by others." It was an invitation; if he wanted to he could come into Salen and Exodus wouldn't be able to stop her, she was going to leave anyway.

Her sweet voice wrapped around him invitingly, exotically alluring, just like her body. Hungrily he licked his lips, fidgeting slightly as he felt that old, familiar ache. The way she danced on the border called to him. She was a temptress in the mists; the longer he watched her the more he wanted her. A deep inhalation flooded his senses with her scent, and when she invited him into the territory he didn't waste a moment to hesitate. So much for letting her come to him. "Anything for the lady," he cooed, crossing the border with fluid steps. "It would be my honor to accompany such a radiant female." Circling her once to giver her body a real once over, Acarapi sidled up to her and offered his most charming smile. So far he was definitely liking what he saw. Exotic species were always a rare treat, especially ones that moved with the elegance of this fine beauty. To feel her moving with him rather than next to him... A deep, throaty moan rumbled low in his throat as he stood just a little too close to her, intentionally brushing the side of her body with his own. Of course, just to be safe, Carp made sure to stay to the side closest to the border. If this female had been alphess then the border would have smelled of her scent as well. Considering he hadn't known of her until she'd come within range, he knew enough to assume that she was simply one of the pack. While it would have been fun to charm his way into this pack's alphess, this little trinket would do just nicely. And when all was said and done he would have an easy escape. Now to guarantee that he would get exactly what he wanted. "So tell me... What's a beauty like you doing wandering the borders so late at night?

Perhaps it was because she was stepping outside of her comfort zone and doing something she knew both her parents and Exodus wouldn't approve of. Of course her parents were on another island and were rather old now and therefore had no control over her life so she didn't have to worry about them, but Exodus was her alpha and acting like this and inviting a strange wolf without his permission was certainly something that would get her into trouble... and she liked it. As the wolf entered the lands and circled her Mikko tenderly lifted her tail and moved it side to side as she tempted and teased the brute. It was all in good sport and she couldn't guarantee anything would happen but she was feeling a bit low and needed to have some fun. Plus she was in season so her hormones were a little wild at the moment and she felt as if she needed this. She was a mother without pups and after seeing Denali and her beloved Exodus have their own pups she was beginning to pine after her own. Her pups were long gone, buried underneath the willow tree she and her old mate had first met. She would never forget their faces but she couldn't hold onto the past; she had to move on and this brute would help her to do that. "It is I who is honoured to be accompanied by someone so charming as you." Walking forwards she began to walk beside the border as she began to take in the surroundings of Salen one more time before she said goodbye. Whatever happened here with the brute wasn't going to make her change her mind. She no longer felt she could stay here, it tore her heart to see Denali with Exodus; especially after what she had learned and although the information she had could have been used to tear them from one another allowing her to have the chance to be with Exodus it wasn't in her nature to be like that. It was better for everyone if she left and closed the chapter on her life at Salen for good and she saw no reason to keep her intentions from her new friend. "I was actually about to leave if i'm honest. There is no place for me here anymore." Stopping in her tracks the tasmanian wolf raised her head and looked up at the brute, her eyes dancing with curiosity for the road that lay before her. "Do I get to know the name of the handsome and charming wolf I find myself fortunate enough to be with tonight?"

Her own comment of flattery went unheard, his senses too busy swimming in her delicious sent. She'd moved her tail in just the right way, that tantalizing smell of a female in heat wafting up to him with the aid of the crisp breeze. With his own hormones were so easily influenced, it was no surprised that he felt a familiar tugging sensation within his groin. A blast of cool air only worsened the sensations of his tender flesh. He was crowning for her just knowing her body was open to the ideas of his mind. When the exotic female began to watch her surroundings, he used this as a chance to slow his pace. For a few minutes he trailed behind her, eyes fixed intently upon her rump. Lazily his tongue lolled from her mouth, tasting the distance between them with every inhale he took. This was certainly a much preferable position for him. Now if only he could close that distance. Acarapi wanted nothing more than to stick his nose right where it didn't belong. He bet she tasted bittersweet, a matured fruit ripe for the picking. The halt in her pace only excited him. This time he did close the gap between them, letting his nose and shoulder run the length from her hip to her back as he nuzzled her tenderly. Want was clearly in his eyes as he looked back at her, his neck craning down to whisper huskily in her ear. "Fortune smiles upon you in more ways than one, my darling. If it is a sweet release you want, it shall be yours. I am Acarapi, Fortune Teller of the Gaziché Gypsies, and in your future I currently see pleasure beyond your wildest dreams." If this female wanted a means of escape, he could easily grant that for her. The Gypsies would love to have a new member in the ranks, and she seemed to be discontent with her current home. Maybe a life of wandering would suit her better. So long as she paid the right price (which for the horny Red male was the chance to use her body) he would see to it that her every desire was granted. And if she was able to pick up on the subtext within his words, she would know exactly what he wanted from her in order to set her free. To accent his point, however, he lazily dragged his rough tongue against her ear to further increase her own body's sensations.

It had been so long since she had acted like this and for some odd reason it just felt natural; she didn't feel at all awkward about what was happening or the flirting that was going on between them. She had thought that after so long she would be a little....rusty and considering her feelings for Exodus she had never expected to show any sort of affection to another wolf or to seduce them like this. And yet something about this mysterious wolf just seemed to break down all her barriers and break away all the rules she had for herself. The way he kept behind her as they walked was suggestive to say the least and although many may tell her that it wasn't wise to have your back to an unknown wolf something about the danger of it excited her to her core and set her blood alight. As she stopped in her tracks she felt his touch upon her body as he nuzzled her; working up her body and sending her into a mild frenzy of passion. Shuddering with delight beneath his touch she allowed a whine to escape her lips and she turned her head towards him as he leaned into her to whisper into her ear. Though she didn't want to think about it, the wolf clearly knew how to please and had far more experience then her; it was a little disheartening to think that there were others and that she wasn't so special but her hormones were so overwhelmed by his scent and his touch that she pushed these thoughts away and allowed herself to give into the primal feeling. "Acarapi huh? I'm Mikko" She whispered back nibbling slightly on his ear to return the favour of his intoxicating touch. "Such a strong and handsome name is befitting." Pushing her nose into his neck she buried her head in his fur and nuzzled him gently; she longed for what he had to offer, not just short term but in the long term too. Though she doubted a wolf could possess a power to see the future she was curious and the gypsies sounded intriguing; and if going with Acarapi allowed her to leave this place then she would gladly go with him. She wanted...no needed that sweet release; only then would she truly be free from the shackles that Salen had brought upon her, only then would she be able to walk freely away from Exodus and the pack that she had called her home for so long. As his toungue ran along her ear she shuddered into his body and pushed herself towards him. "Take me." The meaning of course being double barrelled.

A pleased groan reverberated deep within his throat as he returned his sweet caress. Her teeth on his ear made his skin crawl, heat coursing through his veins. By now his favorite appendage had come out of hiding and was desperately awaiting what was clearly to come. Unlike Revan, this female dared to match his wits. Her words were just as suggestive as his, fogging over his mind as they mixed with the tantalizing scent of her aroma. "Take me." The command couldn't have been more obvious. She wanted him as badly as he needed her. Curling his body into hers, his nose once again found its way to her ear. His husky voice was strangled with lust as he murmured out barely coherent words. "Your wish is my command, gorgeous." Then he was behind her faster than a cheetah after a hare, never once breaking the contact between their bodies as he pressed into her side. A gentle, experienced nudge was all he needed to move her tail, and as his favorite part of the female anatomy was exposed to the world he couldn't help taking a moment to stare. "Exquisite," he mumbled, pressing his snout into her first to see just how ready she was. He also took the time to toy with her a little longer, playfully nipping her rump and using his tongue to every advantage. When finally his own desire was too great to be ignored, tender flesh pulsating with a need that was almost painful, Acarapi changed his tactics. Grunting, he hitched himself over the Tasmanian Tiger-Wolf's rear. Her sultry comment from before had been all the okay he'd needed. Without wasting any time, he mounted the exotic female and gave himself over to the sensations of another conquest achieved. When they were finished he would take her to the rest of the band. But for now, Acarapi fully intended to enjoy his night.

Every nudge and brush of his body against hers was enough to cause the usually strong and steady wolf to stumble and have to constantly readjust her position. Acarapi was an unusual wolf and not the sort she usually sort after but he was a good match despite their obvious differences; he had great wit and the two seemed to dance together as they flirted and charmed one another. He was truly someone she could enjoy being around and he was certainly making her forget all about Exodus which was an added bonus. His husky voice in her ear was the final straw and she let out a soft groan as he brushed against her body and reached behind her.

It was an unusual feeling to feel his nose and his tongue but although strange it was intoxicating and she stretched her leg out in pleasure and whined with joy; he was an even better lover then her previous mate. Every nibble, every move and sensation that Acarapi made sent shivers down her spine and when he finally entered her she felt such a rush of ecstasy that she could barely contain herself and she let out a small howl of pleasure. Although he easily dominated her body and was much bigger then she was he seemed to fit perfectly on her and his weight didn't seem to be a problem for her. He was so perfect and she was glad that fate had brought her someone so amazing.

A dark, delighted chuckle escaped him at the sound of his latest conquest's howl. He did so love it when they failed to contain their own pleasure. The sound only egged him on, and by the time the tie had formed he was spent. This particular encounter had been especially satisfying; the rarer species were always such a treat. Which is why, when finally they were released from each other, he continued the contact between their bodies. His side was pressed tightly against her's as once again his nose found her ear, giving it a rough lick before huskily whispering a single word, "Exquisite." This encounter was not like the one he'd had with Revan. That had been a quick f*** to get himself off while he waited for the rest of the band to solidify their plans. Mikko, on the other hand, was going to be a keeper. She had expressed a desire to leave her home, and he was going to help. Now that he had her wrapped around his little paw, it would be easy enough to guide her back to the Gypsies. Dreidoj would be pleased to have such an intriguing treasure join their ranks. And as for Carp himself, he was delighted at the idea of having a bitch in the pack that he could use without consequence. Like it or not, he respected Yana enough to not treat her like dirt and Rhyanne was off limits because she was his daughter. It was about time he'd gotten himself a permanent toy. Had he been a younger male, the satisfaction of that idea alone would have had him ready for a second go. But alas, his recovery time was growing longer the more he aged. Instead he continued to bask in his post-sex glow, wrapping his body around Mikko and greatly enjoying the way her sent had changed. It was the scent of satisfied pleasure, and it had been brought on by him. Acarapi could say with certainty that no matter how old he got, he would always be the best. This female was lucky to have had him. Now to let her catch her breath so they could be on their way and slip out of Salen land unnoticed.
