She just wanted it to stop. How could Audas be so evil? She trusted him! She...cared so much for him.
Looking back to the messenger with his downcast expression and sorrowful posture, she listened to what else he had to say - despite how she just wanted him to just stop talking.
He died the way he wanted to? Great..... She was to far gone to care if he died as he wished. All she cared about was Audas' role in it.
She closed her eyes but the image of the ruined body of Kaine's father was all that she could picture. That with the bloodied form of the brown male she called friend.
Upon opening them, she saw Kaine was walking away from her with the warning to be careful of whom she trusted. How true..
She wanted to put as much space between her and him, she let him walk away but it wasn't fast enough. Turning away from his retreating figure and bolted.
Tears in her eyes, blurring her vision and her thoughts, the small female ran as fast as she could as far she could under the heavy burden of this new information about Audas' past.
She gave up trying to run within a short time and threw herself under the protection of an abiding shrub. Crawling under it to hide from the world and it's lies. Needing some outlet, she pushed her face up to the sky and let out the most heart wrenching howl, trying to put every iota of pain into her voice, wishing it would just be carried away and be lost forever amongst the wind.
She never wanted to come out from under the prickly protection of the shrub. She didn't want to be hurt anymore - first the loss of her darling brother and now the knowledge that her best friend lied to her about who he really was, it was too much.
"Maybe he came here in hopes of a fresh start..." She spoke aloud but it wasn't very convincing, Kaine painted the picture as no accident nor one of self defense or anything honorable.
He lied........

OOC: I know it's very girly and kind of ridiculous, but I wanted it to be a dramatic moment for her. I'm good with ending this. The ending for Promise sounds decent too.
