Years RPing: 3
Other: I have been part of two different wolf RPG's before, however, they have slowly become inactive. I let some time pass without playing and I began to miss the game and wanted to get back into it. No better time then the present, right? I may be a little rusty, but I am sure I'll work the kinks out quickly.
How You Found Us: I searched the fifty top wolf RPG's.

History: Nymph's life started out similar to many others. She was born in a litter of four to attentive and loving Ailin and Carina. Death cruelly took the younger pups shortly after Carina gave birth, leaving only stark white Philkin and Nymph to battle the first hard days of life in the Caurus regions of the north. The snow colored duo grew up tight and nearly inseparable under the loving eye of their parents. Philkin had a watchful, protective spirit over his younger sister. He was very serious and at times had a quick dangerous temper, Nymph, on the other hand, would provide a more light hearted approach to life. Around the time they experienced their first winter, Philkin devised a plan to explore their birth lands. It took little effort to convince his adoring sister to join him in this exciting expedition, as Nymph loved to learn and discover.
Carefully padding their way alongside the river, the close siblings wound their way through, under and over the rocky terrain. Exploration turned to games and minutes became hours as the duo chased and tumbled with each other. Before they knew it, night fallen and they were completely lost.
Nymph snuggled close to her brother as her slowed movements made her cold and shivers started traveling down her spine. "Philkin? Where are we?" She edged as close to him as possible. "I don't know. Don't worry. We'll find our way home." She could hear the strain in his voice, he was trying to be calm for her. "Come along, Fluffball." Cautiously, he started walking. Not sure of himself, but he was determined to make sure she didn't become too afraid. Nymph remained quiet as they began their frightening journey into the dark void, she didn't want to distract her brother from whatever he was thinking or watching for.
She began to worry about their parents. Would they come looking for them? Were they worried about them? She knew they would be, they were loving and simply adored their children.
"We need to keep moving, if we stop now we will freeze." Nymph nodded silently and continued to trail Philkin as the winter wind began to blow harder, whipping through their long fur. Only a short time pasted when Nymph noticed the surface beneath her paws changed. It was firmer and somehow even colder. She didn't really pay that close of attention to it, merely acknowledged the difference mentally and continued to trudge onward. Exactly five steps more and it changed again, abruptly as the ice gave from under her and she was pitched into the cold, dark waters of the river. A sharp rock sliced her shoulder open as she fell, immediately the pain began to dull as she fully immersed into the arctic liquid. However, she also lost a great amount of range of motion in her right foreleg because of the deep wound. Her brother turned in time to see her go through the ice, turned and desperately tried to catch her scruff and pull her up. Being heavier than she was, the ice began to give underneath as he drew closer to her. Nymph could hardly keep her head above the waters surface, "NO! GO BACK!" Philkin ignored her and continued to fight his way close to her. Finally, he made close enough contact with her to pull and toss her over to safety, doing so caused the ice to completely shatter underneath him and enveloped his snowy form. As Nymph landed she smacked her head hard on the ground and she lost consciousness.
When she came to, her parents bodies were wrapped around her, sharing their precious body heat with her. Drowsy eyes scanned the immediate area, but there were only three wolves in the bundle of fur. Alarm caused her to lift her aching head and search harder. "Where.....? Her mother made a quiet choking sound, her father gave her the news, "Sweet one. When we arrived we only found you. The river has swallowed your brother. We had to have only been minutes after...." His voice broke, cut off by the agony of losing his cherished son. Disbelief and sadness poured over the surviving sibling, Philkin was her everything: protector, best friend, confidant. Now he was just....gone. "No. He can't be. He was right there."Carina moved closer to Nymph, silent support in a tragic time.
Days passed, Nymph grew stronger and regained complete physical health. Emotionally she was vulnerable, broken. She would walk along the river bank and just stare into space. Lost in memories she had of that day. Winter turned to spring which faded into summer And Nymph's shadowy disposition still gripped her. Eventually, she made the decision to leave her birth lands and venture out on her own, away from painful memories and hoping to run into her presumed dead brother.
Personality: Nymph is more on the quiet side of things. She is a kind hearted, loving creature who greatly enjoys the company of others once she learns a little bit about them. At first, she is shy and will hardly speak without being spoken to first. Being in her brother's constant presence growing up has made her uncomfortable with loneliness, so she seeks out groups and companionship.
Stubborn and feisty are not in an ounce of her small body, she tends to try and smooth out confrontations or disagreements. However, if anyone has dark intentions towards someone she loves, this little soft fluffball will literally throw herself in between the loved one and the danger.
She is a loyal friend and simply adores pups. Her mind isn't always at the present, sometimes it drifts back into the past - hoping to remain in touch with her brother through memories, finding strength and courage when times get rough. She has a slightly dark side to her normally sunny disposition. The loss of her beloved brother has left her with a battle of 'what if.' She sometimes loses herself in trying to come up with different outcomes of that cold winter day. If someone breaks into her train of thought, she will become snappy and moody. With a little patience, she will return to the present with a brighter outlook on life.
