History:
Koder was born by his mother Kisha and his father Nuka along with his brother Dasher. Among the two, Koder was always the leader, stubborn, and brute force while his brother was more of the lead back, sarcastic, goofy who was quick on his feet. Despite the fact that the two of them are polar opposites, they were also the best of friends. Even when they got old enough to leave their parents side, they stuck together for a long time. They never joined any pack, for it never seemed to interest them, despite the fact that their parents were Alphas. They liked the fact of being loners and just exploring the land. They traveled around about a year together, until they finally split up.
They split up when Dasher met a female named Akina and fell in love, despite the fact that they were very close; they knew that it would come time for this sooner or later. They said their goodbyes and Koder watched his brother and best friend leave with a heavy heart. It wasn’t until a few weeks later though that he met a wolf named Wail. As they began to spend more time with each other, he fell more in love with her and soon they became mates. Things were perfect for a little while, Wail was even expecting. However, their tale was not to end happily. During a bitter cold winter, Wail (who was pretty frail to begin with) succumbed to the temperatures and one morning would not wake up. This was only four months after they first met. It was short, but it absolutely devastated Koder.
Once again he was all alone. Ever since Wail’s death, he never tried to get close to anyone, male or female. The thought of joining a pack really didn’t interest him for the longest time. He grew a little colder and bitter than what he used to be. He could find no joy in life anymore. Not only did he lose his brother but he also lost the love of his life, how could he ever recover from that?
However, slowly the wounds began to heal. Six months has passed since Wail’s passing and Koder is started to see the joy in life once again, however the memories still haunted him at night. He hadn’t truly opened up to anyone, never letting anyone get close to him, no matter how much they tried. He would smile from time to time and would laugh, but it was a slow process. Koder wandered around during that time, never staying in the same place at once. Eventually as he passed several packs that seemed so close, there was a yearning in his heart, something he never felt before. He began to contemplate what it would be like to be part of a pack, to be part of a family again.
It wasn’t until his travels landed him into the land of Anikira, where a new life and new adventures awaits him.
Personality: If there is one thing that someone will first notice about Koder, is that he is very stubborn. Once he has made up his mind about something, it’s almost impossible for him to change his mind. He can have an attitude to others and can act brutal, but that’s not really the case at all. Deep down he is really a caring wolf that will fight for the death for those he cares about. It takes a while to see this side of him, but once you gain his trust, you have a friend for life. It is difficult to do though, he closed his heart and won’t let anyone in, someone would have to push very hard to get an inch.
Koder speaks properly, despite his young age, he talks and acts like he is much older, leaving others shocked to learn that he is only three years. He always thinks before he acts/speaks, thinking of the best possibly outcome before he makes any important decision. He isn’t one to make any rash decisions or to take any risks. However, he is probably more open to different possibilities now then he used to be, as he is still trying to figure out what life is worth living for.
Koder also can have a rather bad temper if you rub him the wrong way. He isn’t one to mess with, so it’s better to watch your guard before trying to start something with him. He isn’t one to start to seek fights, he much rather peace, but if it comes down to it he will. He can snap at those who say things he doesn’t like. It is during these times that he acts/speaks before he thinks, leaving him rather vulnerable.
Koder is a complex wolf with my scars of his past, however deep down he is a gentle wolf that is only looking for happiness.
