Early life (0-9 months)- Born to a pair of wolves that had been imported from America in Germany, Savara and her two siblings were pampered by both their parents and their caretakers. Sadly, their mother died soon after they were born, as she was relatively young (2 years) to be bearing pups.
Their father knew that the pups needed a mother and so, he took a beautiful Arctic Wolf, Pesnya ("Song" in Russian) as his new mate when the humans transported them to a sanctuary in Siberia. She took an immediate liking to the pups, playing with them while their father was busy. As the pups aged, it was clear that their step-mom was up to something, but they ignored it. Big mistake.
Pesnya turned out to be a mercenary/spy of sorts. The pups had been discovered by a Grey Wolf Hybrid and he hired Pesnya to infiltrate the family and bond with the pups before taking them. Once their bond was strong enough, Pesnya told lies about their father to get the pups to leave with her in the middle of the night and to follow her to her client.
Once the pups were with her client, Pesnya took her payment- a large chunk of frozen Elk meat and vanished into the trees, never to be seen again.
Pack life (9 months-2 years)- The pups were raised in a rag tag group of canines, which was run by the male Grey Wolf Hybrid that they were brought to. The gang was notorious for its order and strict discipline. Orgon' ("Fire" in Russian) the Tzar (as he liked to be called) assigned mentors and names to the pups once they were a year old. Her sister, Vid ("Kind" in Russian), who was named for her kind disposition, was to train to become a Healer. Her brother, Zhestokiy ("Cruel" in Russian) or Zed for short, who was named for his malevolent personality and thick set body, was to train as a fighter of course. As for Savara? She was named for her grey eyes. Seeing potential within the socially awkward female, The Tzar took her under his wing and trained her to one day take her place. His training of her was relentless. Sessions went on for hours at a time, sometimes lasting throughout the night. If she showed any signs of tiring or not engaging, he gave her a sharp bite to the heel.
All the hard work and pain paid off, as she became Beta Female at 2 years of age and quickly proved that age didn't matter. The former Beta Female, a Sulimov Dog named Seryy, was moved down to the rank of Hunter and she was furious. She hated taking orders from a two year old and would stand in the shadows glaring at this new Beta Female, waiting for a chance to strike.
While Savara was preforming a solo patrol, the Ex-Beta Female had stalked her before pouncing on the unsuspecting dog and digging her teeth into her throat. Vara fought back with all the energy she had. After realizing that the female's teeth didn't go super deep, she went limp and lolled her head to the side, acting like she was dead. Thinking that she had won, the female dragged her limp body back into camp, dropping the supposedly dead body and said that she had been slain by a bear.
The alpha had none of it, as he saw his Beta's blood on the female's nails and muzzle. Furious, he lunged at her and blinded her before finally slicing her Jugular clean through. Sensing the threat was over, Vara opened one eye, then two and started to move to let her former mentor know she was alive. Upon discovering this, he praised her for her cleverness and named her his successor on the spot, as he had no mate or pups that could take his place. Not all members would take this news happily.
Among the yips and howls of congratulations, a group of wolves stood silent in the back of the crowd; their eyes staring at the successor with malice. They soon developed a plan in which the youngest, a hansom Grey Wolf Mix named Tryuk ("Trick" in Russian) was to befriend the young Beta Female and convince her that he was in love with her. Then, while Orgon' was proclaiming the two as a pair, the wolves would come back with mercenaries and lay siege to the gang. The biggest of the group, an Arctic Wolf named Nenavidet' ("Hate" in Russian) would deal with Orgon' while some would grab Savara and the others would prevent other pack members from following or helping Vin or Orgon'. Having agreed to this plan, The Dissenters parted and waited until the time was right.
The Dissenters attack (2 years)- It took time and a great deal of persistence and patience, but Tryuk somehow managed to worm his way into her heart.
There was an excited aura in the air on the day that Orgon' was to announce the two young wolves as a pair; as this was the first proclamation that the pack had witnessed in a year and a half. And so, when Orgon' was right in the middle of his speech, The Dissenters attacked.
Nenavidet' charged at Orgon' from the side, the sheer size of her body was enough to get the male off of the flat rock that he had been standing on. Fresh snow locked onto the wolves' winter thick coats as they wrestled and snapped at each other's faces and limbs. Tryuk had high tailed it out of there while everyone was distracted with all of the fighting that was going on.
Savara, after fighting off some of the dissenters for a time, was finally knocked out via a quick, non-lethal blow to the head.
A new pack (2-3 years)- The Dissenters (who became nomads) traded her to a pack of kleptomaniac, blood-lusting wolves in exchange for four fresh hare carcasses, the fresh carcass of a young Siberian Roe Deer, and the pelt of an Arctic Fox.
Her new alpha was a huge, battle scarred Grey Wolf with silver and white fur, and haunting brownish yellow eyes who called himself Strakh ("Fear" in Russian). The pack consisted of the alpha, beta, fighters/assassins, thieves, hunters, concubines, pups, and the omega. Because of her muteness, Savara was placed as the Omega and renamed Nemoy ("Mute" in Russian).
For most of her life in that pack, Nemoy was beaten, taunted, and threatened by the higher ranking members. One day, during a routine beating session, she decided that enough was enough; putting her URS into overdrive. She snapped and fought back, tearing out the vocal chords of two of her tormentors (a male and female) and gouging out an eye from the other two tormentors (both male). The element of surprise and speed allowed her to kill the female and critically wound the three males. Again, there was a non lethal blow to her head from behind and she was out.
She woke up to a heated argument. The alpha and his beta were in a heated debate about what to do with her. After the alpha convinced the beta to not run her out or kill her, he told him that she was to replace him, simply because she turned out to be more violent and sadistic (in the alpha's eyes) then his current beta was. The beta started to protest and the alpha nudged Nemoy and promised her the position if she could kill the other wolf.
Out of fear, she walked over to the beta. She gouged out both eyes and broke several bones before she finally gutted him.
The alpha was pleased with her sadistic methods. Thus, renaming her once more to Kromande ("Command" in Russian). Strakh began to teach her that she was a goddess within the pack. This allowed him to convince her that killing and maiming others because they didn't obey was okay.
She was beta up until her 3rd birthday after disease and war had ravaged the pack. She was the only survivor.
Later on, she was spotted, tracked, shot with a tranquilizer, and shipped to the nearest port.
En route to America (3 years)- Kromande was put on a cargo ship bound for America (Oregon to be exact) that was far, far away from the snowy ice encrusted lands of her native country.
She was one of several wolves selected (poor genetic testing was preformed; The results said that she had the ideal genes when she did not) that were to be released into a recently burned forest in Oregon in order to restore the area's wolf population and keep the herbivore population from going haywire. However not long after the ship left port, it collided with a coral reef not far from the African coast and sunk in a minute and a half.
When Kromande hit the salt water, instinct kicked in and her paws churned the water below her in an attempt to keep her head above the waves.
After paddling for what seemed like forever, her legs gave out and her head dipped below the surface.
Anikira (3-3+ years)- Kromande woke up on a sandy beach with the waterlogged, deceased bodies of the three wolves that were with her and with no memory of her second pack.
After rolling onto her stomach and ridding her insides of salt water, the she-wolf shook her pelt free of most of the sand and decided to start heading to the island's North end. But not before she did away with "Kromande" and renamed herself "Savara".
Once she arrived there, she was delighted to feel a cold, harsh wind rake through her fur and a layer of freshly fallen snow under her paws. It was like she was home once more.
After residing in the northern lands as a loner for a few months, she caught wind of a pack in a nearby northern territory that was without a Beta.
Currently (3+ years)- She has heard of a pack called Arilia in the northern territory of Shyia that might be lacking a Beta. She is seeking out their alpha(s) so that she might persuade them to let her take her rightful place. It will take a great deal of acting and energy on her part.
Personality:
Doesn't understand sarcasm or jokes- She was never exposed to humor as a pup. Every playful joke or insult she takes seriously.
Loyal- Thanks to her upbringing, she is not one to question her alpha's orders. Instead, she'll carry them out without question.
Homesick- Savara misses her homeland, as well as her family, but she'll never let anyone see it.
Clean freak- She does anything and everything possible to keep herself and the area around her clean. To her, the cleanliness of the space represents how someone behaves.
Hopeless romantic- Savara dreams of a family of her own, but worries about finding "the one". Be honest. How many males would want a socially awkward, mute Russian female as a mate?
Clever/prepared- She always has a complicated plan for anything that happens.
Sometimes bitter- She hates the fact that she can't talk. She has been known to throw mini fits in rage that are not part of her URS.
Socially awkward- Because of her Aspberger's Syndrome, Savara tends to avoid eye contact or overly stare at someone while she's engaging with them. She is capable of displaying little to no emotion. She cannot pick up on social cues, read body language, or start/maintain a conversation. These characteristics become intensified when she's around a wolf of the opposite gender.
Overly sensitive- Not in terms of emotion. She is easily overstimulated by loud noises and bright lights. She has an irrational fear of water. She hates rain and puddles, but its the large bodies of water that really freak her out. She is scared of getting wet. As to her, if she gets wet, she will drown and die. She will often cower, paw at her ears, shake her head repeatedly, or hide when faced with one of these stimuli.
Artistic- After seeing the nicks and chips that her teeth left in the bones of her prey, the female wolf decided to purposefully make nicks and chips in these bones to form detailed plants, rocks, water, and animals. She sees it as a way of paying homage to the deceased animal that the bones belong to. She will give these carved bones to important wolves and those that she considers her friends. This is also a way for her to relax and calm down. She does this to suppress her URS.
