It was still strange being here but the security and acceptance found within Othala was unlike anything Yang had experienced before. He wished to learn all he could which meant tearing himself from Yin's side and going out amongst them. She would be safe alone but it felt awkward not having her shadow his movements. His protective nature tugged at him but he had to ignore it although it hadn't improved his mood, he knew he could easily become terse. Hopefully he would keep himself together and not make a packful of enemies because he couldn't keep his mouth shut.
A ghost in the dying sunlight, one twin trotted in an aimless course, trying to find someone to meet up with. Willing himself to be pleasant as possible, he even started rehearsing several greetings to try and be as kind and smooth as possible. He was used to relying on his buffer also known as Yin, he felt even more at a loss. There was also the chance he'd meet up with one who was just as tactless as he was but that seemed a narrow hope from what he has heard so far.
For now it seemed his venture was a hollow one, having seen no one yet he began to wonder if he should turn back and try again when there was more activity in the pack. He'd be happy to return to Yin after all. It was becoming her time of day when the moon would rise and toss her silvery blanket over all. She seemed happier then, even avoiding direct sunlight if she could while he bathed in it. Odd for twins to be so close yet so opposite of each other. Well. Odd for others, perfectly natural for them.
