OOC - To anyone who replies, you can just wake her up
The she-wolf was doing what she usually did in her hours when she was awake, which was almost all night and all day. She stood motionless in the dense forest that was filled with large, towering trees, and looked up quietly at the stars. She believed sometimes those stars were ghosts or souls looking down at their alive loved-ones. Every night of her life that she just so happened to look at the stars, there had been at least 4 stars up in the sky. It comforted her thinking that they could be the loving, innocent souls of her old family that she had lost years ago. Tears welled up in her eyes and blurred her vision as the memories crawled back into her mind again and haunted her, leaving her lying awake the whole night in thought.
The black coated wolf lowered her front legs into a lying position as she began to fall asleep. Slowly, she fell into a deep sleep. Hours of the young night passed by as she was cast under the spell and suddenly, a comforting dream pushed all her depression away for just a mere 2 hours before she awoke.
A silhouette of a male wolf trotting toward her from not too far away appeared. A vista seemed to be painted by an invisible artist as the dream gained a background of tall, waving grass and a beautiful orange-pink sunset. 3 beautiful pups tackled and played with each other, releasing their first howls and yips at each other. The male slowed his pace and as his face became more clear, it was obvious it was the man she had wished to have by her side, awake and breathing, ever single night. Inferno. The brute had had the same solemn, yet sweet and caring expression he had always had on his face, even in worry, fear or doubt. The wolf's beautiful coarse fur seemed so real. When she tried to move toward him to lick his face, she was paralyzed. She seemed to be somewhat overlooking the dream except for the fact they sometimes noticed her.
All of the pups playing in the background leaped toward her and sat calmly, watching her every move with the same face as their father's. Suddenly, the sky turned purple and the pups and Inferno turned into stars and flew up into the sky. She tried to chase after them but she couldn't. She wished she could.
