Yeah, right. On the hunt? More like Skipping Time. Toklo's paws moved carefully from rock to rock as he jumped, making sure of his footing. What a terrible thing it would be, to sprain his ankle by trapping a paw in the rocks, and without any herbs to help! He could hear his sisters' words in his mind. 'Toklo you look like an idiot. Stop skipping!' He snorted and gazed back at his sister, Oka, his brow furrowed slightly. No need to worry over her now. Toklo turned back to the rocks, scenting each crack and crevice. There had to be some sort of rat or rabbit hiding in between those rocks...He paused slightly, one forepaw raised, his head and ears cocked. He could hear the wet, hot pulse of a heartbeat very near to him. And it wasn't Oka. No, it was something much smaller.
Toklo lunged with an excited yelp, springing from his perch on a large boulder. A quiet squeal reached his ears as he crushed whatever prey he'd found. He moved his paws and saw that it was a rabbit. Knowing his sister was a bad hunter, Toklo flung it over to her with a soft, "Here, sister." And with that, he padded off, in search of something for himself. Soon enough, he came across another rabbit, though smaller. He shrugged to himself, killing it quickly. Then, he brought it over to Oka and sat a few feet away, crunching happily on his meal. He glanced to his sister and murmured, "Just eat it," for she was staring at it with a sullen, slightly disgusted look. Toklo knew she'd have rather caught it herself, but that's what she got, never having enough patience for hunting...
"Oka. We do not have the pack to stand behind us anymore. We are alone. We must depend on each other. You must learn that I cannot constantly provide for you, though." he told her, his voice slightly stern, though still low, quiet. Toklo finished off his rabbit, then stretched out. He looked up, towards the sun, his blue gaze concerned. He was always concerned for Oka though. She hadn't been talking much since they had come here, to Anikira. A tsunami had swept them away, deposited them here. They'd been living here for three or so months now. No pack, no parents, no numbers. It was just Toklo and Oka. And Oka hated it, he knew.

Miserable. Here she was in the middle of nowhere trotting close behind her brother as he skipped from rock to rock. What was he so happy about? There was nothing happy about this. Their pack was gone, their homeland was gone, and there was no one but Toklo to take care of her. She felt nauseous. She never thought she'd see the day where she'd let that prideful jerk take credit for her survival. She wanted to call out to him to stop being such an idiot, that his skipping was getting annoying, but she didn't, she glared at him as he looked back at her briefly, hoping to get her message across. She looked up at the sky, they were in a meadow so there were no trees to hide the sky. It was rather clear out, though there were a few clouds in the sky. But, she didn't mind, she preferred the cool air over the blistering sun, and the clouds were a nice relief in the heat.
There was a thud and a squeal and Oka jumped slightly, startled by the sudden sounds. Her sights zeroed in on her brother and she rolled her eyes. He was so irritating. Next thing she knew a rabbit skidded to a stop in front of her, she scowled. "Must you throw dead things at me, 'brother'?" Her brown eyes followed him as he padded away, his stance saying he was searching for something else to hunt. When he disappeared from sight she leaned over and took a whiff of the rabbit, it smelled good, but the stench of Toklo wreaked havoc all over it, she pulled away grimacing at the pathetic scrap of meat. She hated when Toklo did this to her. She could take care of herself, she could catch her own food without him, he just never gave her chance. She heard his pawsteps as he returned from his mini-hunt, and by the smell of it he had caught another prize. His voice pulled her out of her disgust.
"Don't tell me what to do," she bit back in reply. "You're not the boss of me, Toklo."'Especially since you will not be alpha anymore.' This put a bit of a smile on her face and she felt her hunger returning. Served him right, that was her position and he stole it from her, it was only fair that he got it taken away from him, as well. She slowly laid on her stomach and munched quietly and leisurely, not knowing when her next meal would be.
"Oka. We do not have the pack to stand behind us anymore. We are alone. We must depend on each other. You must learn that I cannot constantly provide for you, though." She growled. So sure of himself, so prideful 'You're not as great as you think you are, brother,' she wanted to spat at him, but didn't. Deep down she knew she really did depend on him quite a bit, but damned if she were to admit that, mentally or aloud. She didn't answer him, only nibbled on her Toklo-smelling rabbit, her nausea returning. She glanced over to see Toklo all stretched out and gazing at the sky as she had been earlier. She finished what she could of the rabbit and pushed it away, not offering it to Toklo to finish but not motioning to finish it herself, either. She laid her head on her paws, soaking in the rest she was getting. Where would Toklo take them from here? Where would she go from here?

Toklo merely sighed as his sister glared at him. Great, just great. How was he supposed to make her happy? He snorted at her accusation and growled exasperatedly, "I didn't throw it at you. I threw it to you." Toklo made a hmphing nose, shaking his head at her as he crunched on a few rabbit bones. When Oka grimaced at the rabbit, he frowned. 'She's so stubborn...' he muttered inwardly, polishing off his meal with a satisfied grunt. Looking at her smug smile, he guessed that Oka must have been thinking badly about him. Toklo closed his eyes, groaning aloud. Maybe he should just ditch her.
When she finally started to eat the rabbit, he allowed himself to relax. But only just a little. At least he knew that she wasn't going to starve to death in the middle of the night or something. Toklo chuckled aloud then, but peeked sideways at his twin, wondering if she'd heard him. Toklo growled right back at Oka when she growled at him, and he snatched up his rabbit, pacing away from her and eating it, alone. "Needs to grow up," he muttered angrily to himself, not caring anymore if she heard him or not.It was ridiculous, everything he said or did was met with griping! She never said one kind thing to him. It was seriously driving him up the wall.
After finishing the rest of his pitiful meal, Toklo turned back to his sister, only to find that she'd pushed her rabbit away. This outraged him. "Don't you dare tell me that you're going to waste the rest of that rabbit, Oka." he snarled quietly, narrowing his eyes at her. He stalked forward as she lay down, growling and muttering to himself. He'd teach her a lesson. He gobbled up the rest of it, then glared down at her, standing tall and dominant over her. This was the most he'd acted as his rightful self in a long while. "Okay, you listen to me. Do not ever waste food. You'll go hungry tonight, because I will not be feeding you. Pray you catch something." he snarled at her, shaking his head in disgust. With that, he stalked away from her, searching for herbs and letting her mill over his words.

It had been quite some time that Scout had been following the larger male. He was getting tired but, thankfully they came to where Tolko's sister was. He looked at her. She was not bad looking but, she seemed to be the "Princess" type and that was a big turn-off. Eh, not everyone would do it for him. The way she sat gave her away. Hiya! you must be Tolko's sister. I'm Scout. His tone was happy-go-lucky as usual and his tongue hung out as he smiled and wagged his tail. The energy in this group seemed tense. He didn't like it. The small male did not do well in tense situations, they kinda made him uncomfortable. He could understand wolves that were angry and about to fight but these wolves were different. Their anger was different. He didn't really know how to make it better. At the realization of this his heart got a little heavier and his ever present smile left his face. He tended to take the mood of the situation unto himself and this feeling he had was almost unbearable. He felt angry and sad and frustrated all at the same time for no reason at all. He should be feeling happy. He had just eaten a great meal, made a new friend and above all, it was a beautiful day but, his mood was not such which frustrated his even more. He hated these feelings and how they came on so fast. It was masculine, as if he didn't already look like a female, now he had to have emotions like one too. He let out a sigh.
He laid down on his side, trying to get rid of these emotions and trying to relax. He felt comfortable here with his new friend and his princess sister. He waited to hear her name if she would even grace him with that knowledge.

Oka rolled her eyes, what a likely excuse. Of course Mr. Do-Gooder over here doesn't do any wrong. Why would she think that he threw a dead rabbit at her? Oh right, because she knew he wasn't as good as he put himself out to be, he wasn't as high and holy as he allowed everyone to be. Oka snarled again and watched him with angry eyes as he moved away from her to finish his meal. "Needs to grow up." It was faint but she had heard him. "Needs to get off my back," she quietly retaliated. Not one of her best comebacks, she'd admit, but altogether true. He was smothering her like a mother to a newborn pup, he didn't believe she could survive without him, as if she needed him around. Yeah. Right. She needed him like she needed a tumor on the side of her face.
Before she knew it Toklo was in her face, scolding her for not finishing her food. She snarled, wanting to make him get out of her face, but instead she managed, "No, dear brother. I was saving it for you," her words drowning in sarcasm and annoyance. She was still laying down, but she held her head high as her brother stood tall of her, sure he towered over her now, but was she afraid of him? Not in the least. She wasn't afraid of anyone or anything. And she'd prove that if she had to; even to Toklo. He scarfed up the rest of her rabbit and she grinned at that, as if his actions pleased her. Then he went on to say that she'd go hungry tonight (as if, she wasn't helpless. She was a lousy huntress, but she barely had an appetite these days, so hunger probably wasn't going to be much of an issue.). He stalked away from her, and she wasn't too sure of he would be back this time, she also wasn't too sure if she would be here if he did return.
'It's been a while since I've had rest like he's offering me now.' Since she was already laying down, she merely rolled onto her side and stretched her whole body out, oh, it felt so good.. She took a few, deep, calming breaths. Who did Toklo think he was? The answer screamed at the back of her mind. King. She scoffed at that. He was merely her brother to her, nothing more, possibly less. She allowed her eyes to close as she soaked in the resting her body most definitely needed. And soon sleep overcame her..
Oka blinked open her eyes slowly, she was curled in a ball, and a new light was found in the sky. Had she really slept the rest if that day and through the night? She lifted her head and looked around for Toklo. Nowhere. A slight pang in her chest, was he really not coming back for her? But, she rebuked herself immediately. 'Who cares? He obviously doesn't and neither do I.' She laid her head on her paws for a few moments, thinking about her next move. That was when she heard pawsteps. "Toklo?" she whispered absent-mindedly. She rose to her paws and simply stretched each limb and then her spine before the owner of the noise came into view.
A slender wolf came into view and Oka lifted a brow, holding her stance, but ready for anything, as he approached her. He was clearly not a threat, his happy-go-lucky tone and features threw her off. What was with this brute? Her ears perked as he spoke her brother's name and announced himself as Scout. She let out a groan. "I cannot believe you know I'm related to him just by looking at me." In a way she was relieved, maybe her brother had sent someone to retrieve her. Why hadn't he just come himself? She watched him lay down on his side and she looked at him oddly. He seemed rather comfortable here... "Uhhh, yes. I am Toklo's sister. You can call me Oka, errr.. Scout." She, herself, did not join him on the ground. She stayed standing, knowing she could not trust the word of one wolf. She would not be the one caught vulnerable.
Toklo had been wandering around, looking for herbs. As Oka had slept, he’d scoured the lands around him. He was sure he had collected at least one of every herb available in I’queyer. Now satisfied that he had an herb for every type of accident or other thing that could happen, Toklo started back for his sister. When he arrived, he saw his new friend Scout. He woofed happily and bounded forward, makeshift basket of herbs swinging crazily in his jaws. None of the herbs came out though, for he had made a sort of top out of leaves. Toklo thought that he himself was rather intelligent and creative when it came to his herbs. ”Scout!” Toklo cried happily, dropping his basket next to his sister as he bounded towards his friend. ”You made it!” he barked, tail wagging joyfully. He lick his friend’s muzzle gently and then turned to his sister. ”Oka, this is my friend, Scout. I met him the other day – he’s really nice. I thought you’d like to meet him.” Though Toklo’s voice was warm and friendly, it held a hint of warning that only Oka would notice. The warning? Be nice, or I’ll box you.
Toklo hoped that Oka’s bad mood had dissipated during the night. If not, this was going to be a bad experience for both Toklo and Scout. Toklo was so kind, warm and friendly, whereas Oka tended to be rude, snobby, and sarcastic. He wasn’t sure that Scout would understand sarcasm, let alone be able to handle his sister should she decide she wasn’t up to meeting her brother’s new friend. He let out a low sigh as he moved back to his sister. ”Sorry I was gone, I was collecting some herbs.” he explained, giving her a gentle and tender lick under her muzzle. He was determined to make it up to her today for his behavior the day before.
With introductions out of the way, Toklo let loose another sigh. He sat down, pulling his basket of herbs toward him, taking them out one by one, sniffing them and staring at them, determined to memorize them. Nothing would stop him from following his dream of being a Healer. He looked to Oka, wondering if she wanted to join a pack, as he did. ”Oka…” he started, slightly nervous. He cleared his throat and said, ”I’ve been thinking of joining a pack…as a healer, I need wolves to treat. For wolves, I need a pack. What do you say about joining one?” Toklo didn’t mention that one day, he wanted to establish his own pack, with his sister as Beta, perhaps.. He smiled at the thought, then looked hopefully to his sister.
Tolko's sister sounded upset that he might know that she was related to his friend by her looks. This made him feel odd. Why would you not want to look like Tolko? He was so nice. He had fed him. His facial expression turned a bit troubled by her words. No uhh, Tolko said he had a sister and I just assumed that it was you. He didn't want her to feel upset even though he didn't understand the reason for her being upset. Tolko's sister said that her name was Oka.
Then he heard his name being happily proclaimed. It was Tolko! Scout jumped up from his position on the ground to meet his friend. He had dropped his basket off my his sister and then bounded to him. He was so happy that his friend was here. He wagged his tail and he smiled. Tolko greeted him so warmly and he did the same. Scout didn't know what to say to Tolko so he just smiled at him. He was glad that Tolko was here to save him from the awkwardness that was going on between he and his sister.
Tolko mentioned joining a pack as a healer. Scout thought that was a great idea for Tolko. He was so smart and kind. He had even complimented him. Scout rarely got compliments so when he got them he took them in with every ounce of him.
Tolko had sat down and began to sniff his herbs that was apparently in the basket. That makes sense, a healer has some herbs. I wonder why I didn't think of that before. Scout had sat down with Tolko just so he wouldn't appear dominating over him. Scout wanted no fight here. Scout wanted no fight anywhere.
The tiny Iranian decided to remain quiet for now. This was a conversation between siblings and he had no right to take part of it. He just sat and smiled. His stomach was full, it was a beautiful day, and he gets to hang out with Tolko for a while.

It was rather obvious how confused uncomfortable she had made the small brute. She smirked slightly at this thought. Oh how fun that could become! After he answered back saying that it was merely an assumption her eyes lit up. "Well that's good, I think that's the nicest thing anyone has said to me in weeks.." Sure, her brother's actions were nice enough.. But the pair rarely exchanged kind words. And that didn't bother Oka, those "touchy-feely-after-school-special" moments made her uncomfortable and she usually had to make up for it with some kind of rude remark or bitter action. So, those type of conversations were kept at a minimum.
Then, an excited bark echoed from across the clearing. A familiar bark. A slightly annoying bark. Like a fly in her ear. She squinted to get a better look at the new arrival and her blood rushed to see that her brother had returned. She wouldn't admit to it, but her heart was relieved to see him. He had been there all her life, after all. But, that still didn't mean she'd show it. Toklo dropped whatever had been swinging from his jaws at her paws. She peered down and saw a makeshift basket full of different herbs. Of course. She watched as the two greeted each other like old friends, then Toklo began to speak with her, his tone smothered in warning that she knew Scout wouldn't pick up on. He always did this when she met new wolves. What could she say? She was never a big "people person," you could say. She just gave off the wrong vibe that most others didn't take well to. Oh well, time to put on her happy face. She looked straight at Scout, seriousness and displeasure on her face. She lifted her brows slightly and forced an obvious, sarcastic smile. "Pleasure." She looked back to her kin, her eyes saying. Good enough? Not that it mattered, she wasn't going to offer anything more than that. But, hey, look at the bright side. At least she wasn't being a major bitch. She could tear the brute apart emotionally if she wanted to. 'You should be thankful, brother,' she thought smugly.
She wasn't exactly surprised when Toklo apologized, after most explosions like what happened last night he would come back feeling guilty. She nudged him under his jaw, her version of affection for her brother. She didn't reply to his apology, but he was most likely expecting her not to. Those moments made her uncomfortable. And when she was uncomfortable she became bitchy. A side of her he clearly didn't want his friend around.
He moved away from her, taking his belongings with him as he laid on the ground, excitement dancing across his features. He looked quite proud of his collection. Then he started talking again. She knew this day was coming. Toklo was a "people person." He would fit in very well with a new pack. Oka.. Well.. How well would she fit in? How well would this new pack like her and accept her? The chances of her being liked and accepted into a new pack were slim. For Tokklo, though.. He'd be taken in a heartbeat. She looked past Toklo, as if she could see right through him, her thoughts clouding her mind. She had grown up with their own pack, so being there wasn't a problem.. But she had lost them, would she now lose her brother, too? Her heart constricted slightly. Was she losing everything?
The fae gritted her teeth. She blinked a few times, lost in thought, before she answered. Then, cleaing her throat, she finally spoke, "Errr.. Yeah. Sure. Go ahead.." She took a few paces back, putting some distance between herself and Toklo. That Iranian was being pretty quiet over there. Was he a pack wolf? Recruiting her brother? Was this all his fault? She felt a sudden rage inside toward Scout. She could picture herself ripping his throat out and feeding it to the crows. She knew he couldn't be trusted! How dare he take away the only thing she had left! She tried not to look at the smaller brute, she knew if her eyes did feast upon him, the crows soon would as well. Toklo sighed at his sister’s reaction to Scout. It wasn’t necessary. Besides, Scout was too nice and kindly to be rude or ill-mannered towards. But, he told himself, there was nothing he could do now. He only hoped that Scout would either not notice the sarcastic remarks of Oka, or else that he would overlook it. When Oka nuzzled him, he smiled and licked her all over, letting out a booming, bark of a laugh as he covered her maw with his tender kisses. Deep down, he truly did love his sister. Just, it was hard sometimes, when they didn’t get along so well, to…well, get along! In Toklo’s heart and mind, he knew he would do absolutely anything for his sister. Nothing would ever stop him from protecting her. Though they were twins, Toklo still felt like the older one –which, he was, at least by a few minutes—and he was desperate to make sure that Oka got everything she needed.
At the talk of joining a pack, Toklo saw Oka’s jaw tighten, noticed her blink and step away. He immediately became concerned. ”I want you to come as well, dear sister…” the Apennine brute murmured, licking her muzzle gently again. He would never even dream of leaving her! Toklo could feel her sudden fear of losing him, intuition, he would call it. While he wasn’t terribly close to Oka when it came to their emotions, he did generally know the gist of how she felt.
The way Oka held herself, the way she spoke, the emotions always flitted across her face, no matter how hard she tried to hide them from Toklo. But, that was not to say he knew everything all of the time. No, it was only when the feeling was strong that he had his gut feelings.
Toklo put on a small smile as he moved to brush aganst his sisters’ flank. ”Would you like to accompany me, sister, in my search for a pack? Maybe they will have a place for you, too.” Then, he turned to his Iranian friend. Still grinning, tail wagging to and fro much like a fan, Toklo added, ”And what about you, Scout? Will you join us?”
Oka had looked at him with displeasure and spoke to him sarcastically. He didn't know her very well but, he did pick up on the fact that she didn't really want him here. He didn't understand why though. He had done nothing to earn that kind of body language or language at all. Her words weren't what hurt him, what hurt him was her tone of voice. She really sounded like she didn't like him. He wouldn't have cared so much if he had actually done something to her like insult her in some way but, as far as he knew he had done nothing of the sort. He put his ears on the back of his head and looked at him feet with sadness. He was hoping to make two new friends today but, that wasn't going to happen.
He wanted to figure out why she was so upset with him. Is there something wrong Oka? Did I do something to upset you? His voice was sincere and his ears were still laid on the back of his head. He looked at her with the puppy have that he always got when he was sad. His eyes were big and his face just looked well..sad. He took a deep breath and waited to be snapped at. He was sure she would come back with some sarcastic comment or something mean to hurt his feelings even further. He knew it was silly being so upset over one wolf not liking him but, he couldn't help it. He was a "people person" he liked being liked by others. he loved friends and other wolves just in general. If he had done something then he would not have been so upset because then he would at least know why and could fix it but, in this case he had done nothing as far as he knew and she still hated him.
Oka had gotten up from her position after she gave Tolko "permission" to join a pack. He couldn't tell if she was angry or sad. More things that frustrated him. He liked being able to know what others were feeling so he could help them. Even if Oka hated him, she was still a wolf and if she needed something from him and he could get it for her then, he would give it to her. He didn't care if they were still strangers. Tolko seemed to try to comfort her by telling her that he wants her to come as well. Scout decided to stay out of this one because he was not involved in it. He remained quiet until Tolko turned to him and asked if he would join them. Scout thought for a moment about whether he wanted a pack or not. He loved other wolves but also his freedom. He didn't want to spend his days being criticized and looked down upon for the rest of his life like he had with his parent's pack. He clamped his eyes shut for a split second remembering how horrible his pack was to him. They mocked him. Told him he was good for nothing. They picked on him, calling him ugly and worthless. While he was thinking this he wanted to say NO, NO I DO NOT WANT TO BE IN A PACK. I'LL JUST BE MOCKED AGAIN! He shuttered a bit, still looking down. Then he remembered his love of others. How much he loved friends and being with others. He thought that everyone needs another chance so why wouldn't being in a pack be any different? He said something that he never thought he would say. He looked back up at his friend with a big 'ol crooked smile on his face and said Of course! His voice sounded happy even though he had just has his feelings hurt by Oka and the memories of old pack life haunted him. He wanted to be with Tolko. The brute was his friend and if Tolko was there then, at least he would have one friend in the pack.

“I’ve got a little problem, and I’m not really sure how to fix it. Not really sure I need to. Not really sure I could.”
Kodiak had been moping around for three solid days. He had not moved; had not ate, had barely slept. For three days all of his energy had been spent accusing himself over what he had done. He was no good. He deserved to die. How could he have been so cruel; so downright evil? The only evidence of his existence in this expanse was the constant sound of his beating heart; though more than once Kodiak had thought he was sure he had heard it stop. After all, how could the organ be thumping lowly inside him? He was sure he did not have a heart…
“Life is pretty good. But once in a while, uninvited, and uninitiated, anger invades me.
It starts, a tiny gnaw at the back of my brain. Like a migraine except without pain.”
The sound of voices drifting on the wind did little to stir him from his self loathing. There was a part of his brain though, a quiet part that never said much, but kept note of such things as voices, or the various noises around him. This piece of his brain fed off the instinct to survive, so no matter how hard Kodi tried to shut it off when he was in his low moods, he could not. And when worse came to worse, survival would take over completely. But for now, nothing had been logged as ‘critical’. For instance, birds and squirrels fluttering or bounding by were non-critical. Yesterday, when three does had walked within a few feet of where he lay, completely oblivious to the predator amongst them were a high alert. Not because he was in any danger, but he ought to catch the easy meal.
“They say headaches blossom, but this isn’t so much a blooming as a bleeding. Irritation bleeds into rage, seethes into fury. An ulcer, emptying hatred inside me.”
The smell of other wolves were moderate, Anikira seemed to be crawling with them. But voices, and the sound of them coming closer, though unaware that he was in the area was of high importance. Kodiak Black had fought the urge to take a peek through the tall grass, his whole body feeling like dead weight. As the hours passed, and the voices stayed relatively calm the risk level lowered to moderate. Without getting an eye on the creatures his mind would not ease up. It quickly picked apart the three separate tones. One was lower than the rest, though not gruff, distinctly masculine. When speaking he referred to the feminine voice as his sister. A new wave of guilt hit Kodiak, and not even the enticing scent of steaming hot flesh could stir him. Where was his sister? Was she okay? Who was taking care of her, like this male was doing for his sibling? The sounds from the small group quieted, while the questions and blaming raged ever louder in Kodi’s head on into the night…
“And I don’t know why.
Life is pretty good.
So, what the hell?”
When the sound of voices returned, though still calm Kodiak was suddenly interested in what was going on. Whether it was curiosity as to why the wolves had come back around, or his survival instinct finally able to pull him out of the pit of despair he lifted his head, ears perked forward, amber eyes scanning through the dark shroud of nightfall until they landed on a figure that moved a fraction of a length in Kodiak’s direction. The movement caused him to lift the front half of his body into a slouched sitting position. He didn’t want to completely expose himself until he was ready too.

Oka wanted to pull away from her brother when he came over to comfort her. A knot twisted in her stomach at the thought of him leaving her for another pack and all she wanted to do was run away from this. Run away from her brother, run away from everyone. That's what they were going to do to her anyway. She tightened her jaw tighter when he spoke to her again. This time she backed up a couple steps and looked up at him. "Toklo, do you really think they would take me? You know how I am around..." She shot a glance towards Scout. Risky. She still felt as if she wanted to rip him apart for bringing this upon her. Upon them.
The way they were living was fine! Why did anything have to change? Toklo had her, she had him. What more did they need? Toklo was the only wolf, the only wolf, in her life she even remotely had feelings towards. She loved her brother and whether she liked it or not or would admit it or not, Toklo was the only wolf she trusted. Now she was about to... She stopped, she knew she was getting angry and when Scout began to torment her again it took all she could to not snap him in half. She glared at him, a growl escaping her maw. "Not. Now. Scout." Her mouth watered at the thought of biting into him. She gave Toklo a warning glance and began to back away. "Go Toklo. Take your friend with you if you want him to live." She was beginning to see red and her willpower was breaking and the thought of taking the small wolf's life was beginning to sound more desirable by the second..
No. Goodbyes were taking too long and she was starting to feel her heart strings being ripped from her beating organ. But she tore them the rest of the way out when she turned from her brother, the only wolf in her life that she truly loved, and she ran as fast as she could from him. Only when she was a distance from the pair did she let her eyes swell with tears, but she refused to let them fall as the clearing fell away behind her.
