Kiddo breathed in the new fresh air. It smelled like mountains. He felt no need to travel any place else. This place spoke to him and deep inside his heart he knew this was where he wanted to live. He had smelled something like bear right after he crossed the boarder so he was going to need to tell Femme and whoever else to watch out for them. Even Kiddo, in all his pride, knew that he could not kill a bear by himself. Though, he would like to. He had never tasted bear meat before and he would love to try it sometime. It would be a lovely meal. Bears tended to have lots of meat and one could feet a pack of five or six till each one was filled. He thought about this and how the bears could benefit him. They could possibly be a food source if he figured out how to kill them without being severely injured in the process. He would have to think that over.
The large male was sure that Femme was right behind him because she had said that she was going with him but, there was the possibility that she had changed her mind and went her separate way earlier in the journey here.
Kiddo began walking up one of the mountains. He wanted to make sure that his claim was heard by everyone. His thick fur didn't mind the snow beneath his pads. He actually kind of liked it. His breed thrived in the cold while many other breeds froze to death. He kept it out of his mind that he would melt or have a heat stroke in the desert. He was not weak and he would not think weak thoughts such as that. He was going to focus on what he could do with what circumstances he was in. Kiddo was not fast in the least bit and his half-tail made him even slower. Most wolves used their tails as rudders to steer themselves around trees and other objects. A luxury that Kiddo did not have. He always tried to position himself so he would not need to fumble with tight turns or weaving if there ever should be a circumstance that would require him to move quickly.
He always thought himself a good leader but, on this climb up, he was feeling the pressure not only, from the height but also, his thoughts of becoming the alpha. This was the moment that he had been dreaming of for so long that he didn't imagine that this was what it would feel like. He had spent many hours thinking about this moment and it wad finally here. He took a deep breath and he began to run up the mountain. He was so excited and so full of adrenaline that the height seemed no more than a mole hill. His muscles were flexing and relaxing as they moved his large body up the mountain. Being large had it's advantages and this was one of them. He quickly decided that running all the way up the mountain would take much too long. So, he found himself a flat rock that stuck out from the mountain. What luck. He sat himself on it like a perch and he took a deep breath but then, let it out. He thought for a quick second and then spoke to himself more than anything but, it was still loud enough for another to hear it. The time is now. No more wandering aimlessly. With that bit of reassurance to himself, he threw back his large head and let his rich base tone flow threw his lips. It was long, loud and proud. He was finally doing it. This was his. If Femme wanted to stay here with him she was welcome to but, if she decided that she wanted to go then, she was welcome to that as well. He had no ties with her. She owed him nothing though, he owed her a hunting trip. He had forgotten about that until now. If she still wanted to go then, he would take her hunting as soon as he got off this mountain. He wondered what her reaction would be. Would she be mad? shocked? happy? confused? or, all of the above? Only time will tell. But, he was interested in what it would be. Her reaction would tell him something about her without her knowing it. He expected her to be a little shocked and a little confused but, if she was strong, she would recover quickly or, take no emotion at all and just take it in stride.
Lynker’s ears flicked in annoyance. That howl had been far too close for his liking. He didn’t know much about wolf howls but this one certainly had a dominant and proud ring to it, which was not a good sign. The white gyrfalcon sitting on his shoulder let out a harsh cry, her beady black eyes blazing with hatred. “If they come down here and stink out territory up with their disgusting stench, they’ll have hell to pay! I like this forest the way it is – peaceful and secluded. And one of the only places that isn’t overrun by wolves!” “I agree” Curse grumbled, looking up from the fish he had been gnawing on “They’re always barging in where they aren’t wanted. It’s time we taught those filthy creatures a lesson once and for all” It didn’t bother Lynker at all that his friends were talking so negatively about his species. He was only a wolf by the shape of his body. His instincts were far more like those of a bear. “It sounded like the howl came from up there – on that mountain”
Lynker stared up at the white snowy peak. It was not part of his little territory by the lake and it was a long way away; further than he’d travelled in years. But he could bet that this wolf wasn’t just trying to claim the mountains of the Kinath. No. Those greedy selfish creatures would think they could come down into Lynker’s nice peaceful home. And he couldn’t have that. “Let’s go” The black arctic wolf let out a low rumbling growl and set off at a steady lope that would let him reach the mountain without losing too much energy. Curse lumbered along beside him while Astra flew overhead.
But by the time they reached the base of the mountain range, Curse was struggling to keep up. His breaths came in short gasps, and he stumbled a lot on the uneven surface. Lynker had slowed his pace so that the bear wouldn’t be left behind, and his friend seemed to have noticed this. “Go on… Without me… I’ll… Catch you up… Later” Astra glided low over the ground, keeping pace with the bear as he struggled onwards. “Don’t worry. I’ll keep him safe” She veered upwards, and was soon only visible as a dot high in the sky. Lynker nodded and let his muscles unleash their full potential, no longer held back by the bear. He raced up the mountainside, dodging past stray rocks and boulders as he tried to keep away from the larger snow drifts.
Soon, he had nearly reached the stone that the wolf perched on. He was almost bursting with the adrenaline but he made himself pause for a while to get his energy back.
Lynker’s hackles were already bristling as he stalked towards the big wolf, his head low as if he were about to charge. He paid no attention to any of the other wolves that might have been there, instead keeping his cold green eyes firmly focused on the leader. He came to a halt a few metres away, and arranged himself in a ready stance, with most of his weight on his back legs so that he would be free to swing his unnaturally long and sharp claws if the need arose.
“I hope you are not trying to include Nyspoli’s Pool in that claim of yours, alpha” He snarled, the savage bear accent clearly evident in his tones. “My family and I live in that part of the Oriens and we will not hesitate to defend it if need be”
Curse couldn’t be too far behind, and Lynker could handle himself perfectly well in the meantime. His eyes darted upwards, checking that Astra was still circling above. She would be helpful too, but he’d prefer to keep her out of it if that was possible. This was his dispute and he needed to settle it himself, whether by peaceful or violent means.
Vada walked with long graceful legs carrying her fit build stunningly. Her black fur lifted with each stride as she moved along the trees and small shrubs about her. Scenting the air, she knew she was near a claimed land after hearing a loud howl ring through the air only moments ago. Her calming but mysterious orbs glinted to the sky, her lips curling ever so slightly... testing the wind with her nares and her maw. I wonder how new or stable this pack is... there scent is almost unable to be detected.." She thought to herself as little scent was picked up. How could such a pack exist with such little scent unless that was a claiming howl...
Vada feeling the respect she knew she would desire as an alpha, lifted her muzzle to the sky. The air was silent around her, and in moments she split the soundless land. Her song played out a melody of a strong wolfess. It was full of a true boldness and fearless tones, though it clearly was entangled in loneliness. Ending her howl, Vada entered the territory with her clear statement of her presence. This land is very appealing... now to only find respectable wolven that understand standards... She spoke lowly, her voice was soft but with her past being so etched into her it held an unresting tone to it pro dominantly... maybe in the future that would change with a new chapter of her life.
Stopping as she entered several feet into the claimed lands that were entrancing her now, Vada waited patiently. With her past only months behind her and being in solitude since birth, she was a understandingly patient fea. Though with patient she demanded respect, as she hoped to receive in this potential introduction with the alpha she soon would meet. Her tail held at a casual stance and her head just so where she would be announcing herself as a strong individual, but one with more respect than the rest. Her motive was to only settle down in a location if a pack could meet her qualifications... to have respect for her and another, to be able to remain strong at all times, and to enjoy living life to the fullest potentials with what they are dealt. A hard list to fill, but one that was very necessary in her eyes, and nothing would make her change her views...
Not ten minutes had passed since the large 140 pound alpha male made his claiming call, a rouge loner had decided to waltz right up to him and demand conversation and answers. Kiddo growled low in his throat at the black wolf who had shown up in front of him. He took one sniff of the air and noticed that this wolf did not smell like a wolf at all or, at least not very much. If this wolf was not visible to him now, he would have thought that he was a bear because that was what he smelled like. He looked similar to a bear as well. Kiddo wondered if he actually was part bear. That would be interesting. No. This was not the time for that. This stranger, a male, had just disrespected him in his new land. How dare he?! Kiddo's eyes were filled with anger and rage. For a moment he thought about wasting him right then and there but, decided differently for some reason. In most cases he would have killed this other male without a second thought but, he knew that Femme couldn't be far behind him and he was in a relatively good mood today. But, that did not excuse the bear-wolf from speaking to him in such a manner. Kiddo did not appreciate being snarled at one bit. Yes, I do plan on including that part of these lands in my land. Kiddo allowed his venomous words to drip from his lips. You and your family may have lived there before but, now I own it. There will be no need for defense because the battle has already been won. I claimed the land. I own Nyspoli's pool. His words had a very authoritative tone. At this point, he was not willing to budge on the subject. He felt that he was the rightful owner of the pool and that was final for him.
Kiddo looked up for a half of a second and saw a white bird making circles around them and thought nothing of it before looking back at the bear-wolf.
A noise came across his ears. A female voice it seemed. At first he thought it could be Femme but, no she wouldn't have been that far out. Because Kiddo had thought that this conversation was over, he started down the mountain to meet this other wolf. At least she had the decency to wait near the border instead of marching right up to him and demanding things from him. She sounded bold and fearless. He planned to change that but, not entirely. As long as she respected him then, her boldness and fearlessness and strongness could be very useful to him. He trotted along, in to incredible rush. He was not the type to run to and fro for things such as this. He would get there when he got there and if she dare say anything to him about it then, she would be losing some blood. The bear-wolf had ruined his once perfect mood. He was now much angrier and irritated now then when he had been only minutes ago. He held his tail high and his head high. He knew that he was the boss now and he was loving every second of it.
He was never a very swift wolf because of his bulk and his half of a tail so, it had probably been close to an hour by the time he had arrived at the female's location. She had interesting markings. The white on her face made him at first think that she was old but, the rest of her said otherwise. She was black and he wondered what was with all of the black wolves around these parts. Ah, well. He pushed these thoughts out of his mind as he prepared to speak to her. He left his tail high and his head towering. The female standing in front of him was not much smaller than he. Maybe by ten pounds most. This didn't bother him one bit. He needed large wolves but, only if they could respect him. Hello, what brings you to Amar? His voice was rugged sounding and deep. Some found it frightening but, others found it enchanting. It was odd the wide range of affects this one wolf had on others. He attempted to keep his anger at the bear-wolf out of his tone. This female had done nothing wrong that deserved such reactions--yet. The fact that she had not done a thing wrong, did not change the fact that he was in a bad mood at the moment and too many mistakes on her part could result into bloodshed. He waited for her answer, not incredibly patient but, patient enough. He really just wanted to get the bear-wolf out of his land as soon as possible but, he was going to talk to the black fae first. She had at least called ahead of time so, she comes before he does.
((ooc: lynker:they can fight with vada there or they can do it in another thread alone if you want i'm fine with it either way))
“In your dreams!” He hissed, raising his hackles in preparation for attack.
Their conversation was interrupted by a long howl. It was a pretty nice howl actually, he thought. Not altogether unpleasdant. Lynker shook his head and growled, annoyed that he had been distracted. The alpha was not standing where the black wolf had seen him last. If he had chosen to attack at that moment when Lynker had been distracted it could have cost the black wolf the battle, or even his life. But what was the alpha doing? He was walking away? Lynker’s eyes blazed. How rude! “You coward! Are you afraid to fight me?” the arctic called after him. When the alpha didn’t respond, Lynker stalked after him. No way was he going to let that wolf get away with trying to claim his land that easily!
About half-way down the mountain Lynker spotted Curse lurking in the shadows at the side of the path. He must have hidden when Kiddo had passed, knowing that Lynker would want to fight the brute. “What happened?” The bear ambled to his side and sniffed at Lynker, checking for signs of injuries. “We didn’t even fight. That cocky bastard thinks he can just stroll into our home and claim it.” Lynker muttered darkly “Well, let me tell you now. He doesn’t know who he’s messing with.”
Curse stared at his friend. Not often had he seen Lynker in such a bad mood. Of course he would fight alongside his friend if it came to that – his loyalty could not be doubted and he was always ready for battle. But he wasn’t sure whether this was such a good idea. Why did they need to fight? As long as they stayed out of each other’s ways it shouldn’t be too much of a problem. Even a pack of wolves would be hard pressed to drive Curse and his friends away from their home forever, so they didn't need to worry. But this alpha had obviously said something to upset Lynker, and Curse would stay by his friend’s side until this bothersome buisness was over.
Now they were coming up to another wolf – the female who had called. Astra alighted on his shoulder, flapping her wings once or twice to get her balance. “Don’t worry, Lynker. I’m with you. We won’t let that mangy creature take our home from us” Curse dropped back, staying in the cover of the trees, while Lynker stormed on towards the wolves. “Enough of this idle chit-chat!” he snarled. “I will not run away from a fight, wolf. I will defend my home with my life if I have to. Nyspoli’s Pool is not your territory and it never will be!”
((OOC: Not a great post <.< Anyway, I think it will be alright if they fight here.))
Vada's ears shifted upright as a large black male wolf appeared, approaching the brute before her with an aggressive posture. She was only just about to reply to the male before her, a large builded white pelted male... but apparently it had to wait. Her honey yellow eyes glinted lightly as the large black male postured for a fight. Great...another delay to schedule.. She thought as she knew a fight was about to occure before her eyes.
Her long slender legs didn't budge as the black male snarled out a wicked snarl. Vada wanted to stop the fight before it began, but she knew it wasn't her place to settle what she thought was a pack dispute. Scents filled the air, wolf, prey, and bear? Where are all these strange scents coming from... Vada's eyes glinted about lightly. There was no others about so the scents were something she brushed off as unimportant.
Her eyes drifting back to the almost white brute only a few feet from where she stood. Floating over him now, Vada's eyes flowed over his build. She knew he was the wolf that had released the claiming howl to the sound of his howl and his large size. Though in reality he wasn't much larger than her, though he had the build of a male while she was much more feminine. Looking away Vada could only watch now as the distant black brute glared down on her and the male beside her. Today was definitely a day that would change her life.
The black bear-wolf said something to him but, wasn't paying any attention so, he didn't hear exactly what he said. He was nothing. Merely a bump along the way that will be take care of after he was finished with the caller.
Upon his arrival, the female said nothing to him. She didn't answer his question in the least bit. She hadn't even attempted to make words. Was she mute? Stupid? Disrespectful? He thought the last one was definitely true. If the wolf-bear had not interrupted, the female would be at least missing part of an ear. Kiddo growled low in his throat. His eyes were like daggers. If looks could kill that wolf would have been dead a thousand times. The razors that he usually held in his mouth were on display for the wolf. He was no longer even aware that another was even here with them. All he could think about was this wolf disrespecting him on the land that he had worked for so long and thought about for so many hours. How dare he. Kiddo took his front right paw and swung at the wolf. His claws scraped across the wolf's muzzle as he continued to growl at him. Kiddo's tail and head were standing straight up. He wanted so badly that his little swing would not be enough for the other. Kiddo wanted to have his throat in between his teeth and to feel the warmth of his blood wrap around his teeth. He wanted to feel the life of him drift away. The thought of Femme was far from his mind at the moment and the other female who would have been not more than 20 feet away could have dissipated at any moment and Kiddo would not have noticed. All that mattered right now was protecting his land and future family from this creature who had the audacity to say that part of his claimed land belonged to him. It made Kiddo sick. Kiddo's body language held no more essence of the relaxation as it had before. No, now it was tense and angry. He wanted this other wolf off his land or dead.
Sharp green eyes were narrowed challengingly as the black arctic stared down the new alpha of the Oriens. Lynker was not scared of him. No, not in the least.
He would be able to take the coward down even if Curse and Astra weren’t there to back him up. Of course this was all talk, as it had been a very long time since he’d fought another wolf. There was a possibility that this wolf wasn’t even going to take up a challenge. Even though he was large and strong-looking, he didn’t really seem as though he wanted to fight. Filled with self-confidence, Lynker bared his teeth and took a step closer, hoping now that perhaps the coward would just give up and leave his territory alone.
And so he was caught by surprise when the other wolf struck. Lynker roared in fury as the claws swiped across his muzzle, leaving two thin trails of red blood. The gyrfalcon on his shoulder shrieked and launched herself into the air, but hovered low enough that she could dive suddenly if the alpha left something vulnerable like his eyes unguarded.
Lynker had been too close – too eager for a fight. He hadn’t really expected the other wolf to attack so suddenly, because he’d seemed so hesitant before. But he didn’t dwell on what had happened, and while the other wolf was still slightly off balance from his swing, he reared up onto his back legs and swiftly lunged for the wolf’s right shoulder with both paws.
He was hoping that the impact would be enough to knock the other wolf over, but if it wasn’t, his sharp bear-like claws should be able to at least inflict a little damage. It was a strategy that had often worked in his playfights with Curse, and although this was a wolf and not a bear, he assumed that their general behaviour and body shape would be similar.
Vada's heart began to race as the males began to lash out at one another. Her eyes narrowed as the realization of what she wanted in life was getting pushed away with this fight potentially... a family, a home. Baring her ivories, her mane raised menacingly. Charging at the large bear like male she collided with his side bowling him over to the ground. "Walk on Brute!" She growled exposing the pink of her gums as she flashed her ivories at him once again. She intended to speak to the other male and was hoping to join him in his pack... and this male would not ruin her opportunities.
Standing beside Kiddo, her golden eyes glanced over to him clearly stating she had his back. Turning her glance to face the bear like brute once more she stood her ground. Her legs strong and unmoving her body was tensed and ready to defend. He was a male and looked very strong, but she had gone through too much to get where she was now to have a stupid brute crush her plans now.
Vada's tail was erect and held in a dominant stance towards the challenging brute. She was known to be a bold fae, but this times she would put her life on the line for a chance at a new life. Kiddo was her hope for a future and this was everything she wanted... she would not give in.
The bear-wolf seemed slightly set off guard at his attack. That was good. A sly smile crept across Kiddo's face. He liked to feel superior to others and the fact that this wolf was surprised by his attack made him feel intellectually and physically superior to him. The slight bravado that the bear-wolf had showed him seconds before he had thrown his paw was nothing to him. Kiddo was never one to back down from anything, especially when it was something he had worked so hard to achieve.
What was that he felt? It was a throbbing sting in his nose. There was two streams of blood coming from from his muzzle. He could feel it creep down his large rustic looking face. This was not his first battle and certainly not his most gruesome. This was like a little pillow fight or play fighting with siblings. It was nothing. Which was a good thing because if it was anymore than what it was, he might actually get injured. An injured alpha was a weak one and a weak alpha was a bad one. He would not be a bad alpha.
There was a horrible noise that gave Kiddo a headache. A white bird flew from the black male's shoulder. Kiddo looked up for a short second and growled at the bird. Not wanting to leave his neck open for more than a nanosecond, his cold glare turned back to the black male. Kiddo thought for a second. Another male and a bird against me and perhaps the female. Hmm.. Before he could even choose his next move, the female had barreled into the other male. Definitely on my side. It looked like there was an even match before him. He and the female whose name he would need to get because if she wanted in his pack, she had the right attitude and personality to be in. He needed females that would jump into a fight with him and for this territory only minutes after learning his name. He didn't want another pack to have her. She was useful to him. She demanded that the black male move on.
As the bear-wolf lay on the ground, Kiddo stepped closer to him. The black female was showing dominance to the male on the ground but she had better change that when in his presence. He cared not that she wished to be dominant over the scum that was trying to take a piece of the land that was rightfully his by wolf law. Kiddo looked over the male and saw that he very very much bear-like. He had seen large wolves that looked similar to bears because of muscle mass but, this one looked like he had been living with bears his whole life. He looked up at the white bird again. Still circling. The bird was probably waiting to plunge his eyes out. He could easily kill the bird it if was on the ground but, when it was in the sky, the bird had the upper hand. If it plunged then he was going to lose his eyes that he was sure of. Kiddo was going to make a decision. As much as Kiddo wanted to kill this male at this moment and feel the life slip away from him, something was, keeping him from doing it. Weakness. He growled at himself at what he was about to say. He was not this kind of wolf but, something inside him was telling him that if he killed this wolf that the bird would take his eyes and that a large clan of bears would take his life. Paranoia. This was ridiculous. He sighed as he prepared to speak. Listen wolf I will allow you to continue living in the pool without penalty with your family. My pack will stay out of the pool with the exception of needing water but, they will give you a call before entering. He emphasized the word "wolf" to make sure he knew that he was actually a wolf and that under normal circumstances, the black male would have been dead. They were bending the unwritten rules and Kiddo didn't like it. He looked to the black female when he spoke of staying out of the pool to let her know that it was a command. But, if you step out of the pool, I cannot promise your safety. That was bastard side coming out of him. He wanted this wolf to know that if he left that one section of the land that he would die. This territory was supposed to be all his but, he was now supposed to be sharing it with this loner wolf and the bears. His words dripped from his lips like venom. His tail was erect and his razors were showing and his eyes were filled with anger. He was not happy in the least bit. It was not until this point that Kiddo noticed that his shoulder had been injured. It would have had to happen so fast that he wouldn't have noticed it until now. It stung and it was going to need a shaman to fix it because he didn't know how. Perhaps Femme or the black female knew how to fix it. His blood was sticking his cream colored coat to his body. He was very uncomfortable at this point and needed to rinse it out. Too bad he was giving the water to this loner wolf.
If the black female had anything to say about him being weak or speak at all about the conversation that was going on now, she would see how "weak" he was.
((OOC: he is such a dick..Lynker doesn't have to accept that offer if you want something better he's just all pissed at the moment and isn't quite in the mood for deal making so if you want a better deal maybe they could have a different thread later to discuss it?))
Lynker bared his teeth in satisfaction as he felt his claws sink into the flesh of the alpha’s shoulder. But the surge of victory he felt was extinguished when something barrelled into his side and knocked him to the ground. Since when was she on the alpha's side? Lynker rolled swiftly back onto his paws, but still kept his body low to the ground and ready to lunge. All of his muscles were tense in anticipation of whatever might happen next.
The aggressive female’s attention was firmly focused on Lynker, just as Lynker’s attention had been focused on the alpha before the female had caught him by surprise. Astra saw her chance. Folding her wings, she plunged downwards through the air and sunk her sharp talons into the she wolf’s ear.
The female would be distracted for the moment, so Lynker could focus on his more important opponent. He snarled in response to the aggression the other was showing him, only barely managing to hide a flinch as pain shot through his muzzle. That was going to get annoying, especially when he was eating.
So this alpha was basically making him a prisoner, was he? Lynker didn’t care. It was a fair enough deal. As long as he and his friends could live in peace and quiet in their nice home, with no dumb wolves bothering them, he would be happy. And he could promise his own safety if he ever decided to leave.
“Alright. I will not harm your wolves if they stay out of my territory. Also, when you need water, I would be grateful if you remained on the west side of the lake” Lynker sealed the deal with a glare to let the alpha know that he was still a threat and would not tolerate it if the alpha or any of his packmates decided to break their side of the bargain.
((OOC: No, that's fine. Also, not sure if it was clear in my last post, but Lynker is the one with the bleeding muzzle.))
Jumping back as the bird plunged down upon her ear, Vada gave a sharp yelp in pain a the blood dripped from her black fur. Shaking herself free from the piercing talons of the bird, she bared her ivories in anger as it flew into the sky once again. "Try that again and you won't have another opportunity..." She hissed under her breath, but maintain her elegant look to her as she held previously. Pain was weakness leaving the body, and she would not look weak...
Shaking the blood from her dripping ear, it ran down her forehead and eventually ran its way to fall down her muzzle. Her honey like orbs glinted over to Kiddo to reassure him that she understood it was an order, though she was respectful of his wishes. Vada by nature was a very dominant fae, but she knew when to respect others to gain her own.
Looking back over to the bear wolf she stood silently beside Kiddo. Her stare was one that was tantalizing and that often drew others in. This time though she was out to stand her ground, and her heart was in it... she wasn't out there just to help a random wolf but to possibly gain a home. Something she had never had....
Kiddo listened to the bear-wolf as he agreed to his proposal. A good move on his part because he was not going to get anything better. The black male was lucky to have his bird friend here with him because if he hadn't, the black male would have been wasted instantly. Kiddo had worked to hard for too long to have this be happening to him. Kiddo was positive that this was the gods kicking him again. They had taken part of his tail, his speed, his original family and now part of his lands. Kiddo wanted to just scream up into the heavens and give up but, he was smarter and more stubborn than that. He was not going to give up this fight called life so easily. This conflict was no longer between he and the loner male. No, this was between the alpha and the gods. You. Will. Not. Win. He growled in his mind at the gods. They had done this to him but, he was gonna get himself out.
Then we have an agreement. Kiddo was not leaving this up for questioning or changing. If this is what they had agreed upon then this it shall be..for now. Kiddo was plotting in his head how to get the bear-wolf out of the lands. It would not be the wolf that would be the problem, it would be the bears that were probably with him and with the bird on his side it would be even more difficult for the alpha.
He looked at the black female's ear that had been attacked by the bird. It would need medical attention as well as his shoulder. Her blood was running down her face which was never a good sign. Kiddo considered the black female as a part of his pack now and he didn't appreciate the bird attacking her. She was his family and he would defend her to the death. After all, she had backed him up only moments after learning his name. He had to admit that he didn't feel like he needed to help. He felt like he could have handled it himself just fine but, her help did earn her a spot in his pack. He knew that she took and understood his words which was always a good thing.
Kiddo turned to walk away from the whole situation before he killed someone. He expected the black female to follow him. He hoped Femme would show up soon so she could meet the black female. I must learn the names of my members.
(( I don't ever see him ever actually kicking Lynker out he'll just think about it and be all bent out of shape. Perhaps a thread for Kiddo and Vada?))
