Dull, dreary, the same as every other damn day; yet, the Mackenzie Valley female was starting to like it that way. She essentially had free reign to do whatever she wished upon these lands, it seemed that the Alpha wasn't exactly keeping tabs on her. A quiet chuckle escaped her lips, and the femme extended her front legs into a rather lengthy stretch. Today she had slept in later than normal, which merely meant that her eyes would be wide awake all night. Not like it really mattered, what plans did she have? Training Tike had not went anywhere yet, not that the subordinate was going to necessarily give up hope. In fact, she was quite confident that one day he would show up and be interested. Until then, she was tired of stalking the pup around. Green orbs swam the terrain dully, at least she found some strange comfort at Kalus's point.
There was something eerie about this place that made her feel absolutely at home. Kamari was where she had first stumbled across the Alpha of Descai, at the time believing that he held all the power in the world. Now, her mind had grown dull on that thought. So far he seemed far too preoccupied with his family, which would have been understandable if - well Sarin couldn't justify that statement. She had never been one for family, especially not them coming before a pack. If anything, the pregnant Beta should be considering herself diseased and blessed all at the same time. The Mackenzie Valley female proceeded to walk alongside the rubble. 'This is quite a disaster,' a soft smirk placed itself upon her muzzle. Certainly it was a rather strange place, all of the human rubble laying around. However, Sarin found comfort in the disarray. Something about it felt ever so soothing.
Perhaps it was the chaos within her meshing itself with the superficial world to cause such a perfect state of mind for the female. One could never be too certain. Either way, the femme dug her claws into the dirt and pressed into it. Her body forced itself upward, the femme jumped onto a large piece of stone from a crumbled building. For some reason this particular spot seemed to belong to her now. Many of her days were spent making poisons upon this very stone, she hoped the pups wouldn't stumble across them later. They were scattered throughout Kamari and Acerbus now, clearly hidden and disguised. Sarin had not planned on potentially poisoning one of her own pack mates; yet, if it happened there would be no remorse in her soul. Survival of the fittest, if the pup ate something and died - well than they weren't fit for this pack that claimed so much glory and strength.
A dull yawn escaped her muzzle, more for a lack of anything better to do then actual tiredness. Today she did not feel like messing with her poisons, those had been her obsession for the past few days. Now there needed to be something new to occupy her time. The femme was quick to focus upon something that caught her attention; yet, she valued variety. Fighting had always been a natural skill to her; although, practice clearly made her significantly more skilled at it. The strange shaman skill? Well, that was more of a fine tuned interest that had developed over the years. She was simply divine at both, that much was true. Poisons especially brought about pride within her, they were a trade that few others seemed able to master.
Her dull pelt glimmered in the dim light, the clouds were certainly shielding the sun quite nicely. It was a typical winter day, cold and windy. Sarin gave little care to such trifling matters, except that they were beating her glorious pelt to death. Funny how a warrior of such honor could be excessively concerned with her appearance as well. 'None are quite as grand as myself, few were delivered straight to this hell as an angel,' her green orbs rolled eagerly within her skull. She was enjoying the mental praise upon herself; truthfully, Sarin preferred the praise others gave her. That would never be verbally spoken though, that would be simply giving too much credit to those who were quite undeserving of it.
Surprisingly, she nearly wished that the pup wanted to be trained. It would give her something to do and maybe he would be proud to have her as a teacher, that would certainly make for a happy Alpha (and a happy warrior). Acknowledgment of her skills was always welcome by the unworthy, at least they were not stupid alongside being untalented. She was lonely, even without wanting to request company - it was boring having nothing to do. Occupying herself could only last so long before she searched for another.
