The female nearly made herself sick running, fleeing from everything that was causing the absolute madness to consume her soul. She had walked away as casually as possible, hoping to leave the Alpha with no apparent signs of her upset. 'He used me!' the sound of her own voice was shrieking inside of her skull. The wails bounced around only to make the pain louder, deafening her to the outside world. Even the sound of her own footsteps were falling upon deaf ears. This hell didn't matter anymore, the physical world seemed to completely disappear beneath the rhythmic motion of her paws. Time faded away into nothingness, if she had been running for minutes or years - the Mackenzie Valley femme didn't know. All that was in her brain was the fact that she had been blatantly used. Surely she had walked herself into the situation, but never had another simply dismissed her. No thanks, no compliments, not even a delicately sweet word had been extended.
The rolling hills beneath her feet made no difference to Sarin. Emerald eyes focuses upon nothing except for why she had not received the attention she so craved. "I am fucking perfect, who does he think he is," the grumbled statement was the closest to actual sadness in years. The Earth was cruel, vile an evil - that was a simple fact. No matter where she went, there was nothing to prove her wrong. No kind souls to care about her, they only wanted to better themselves. Why shouldn't she? Even as a pup, the wolves that had taken her in only wanted to use her as a utensil to feed the others. It seemed that most of them were a real family, while they had an army of zombies to care for them. Sarin was tired of getting the shitty end of every deal, fighting their battles with no one to tend her wounds. She would hunt only to be the last to eat, assuming that she even gained such a privilege. So she became a recluse, comfortable with the ways of manipulation and thoroughly equipped to destroy all that dared to cross her.
The female only became aware of her surroundings when she nearly tumbled into the lake. 'No one can see that he hurt me, no one can ever know that he defiled something so flawless. So incredible,' the female stomped her front paws on the ground, showing it that none could stifle the amazingness within her. If this is what everyone wanted to give her, than she would give it right back! Sarin was confident that she could top Vorilye's pathetic attempt at using someone. She would find her very own toy to play with! Then what would Mister Alpha do? With a low snarl the female forced herself into the frigid water, insistent that she could cleanse any scent of him from her pelt - even if it killed her. The ebonite femme would not be marked by any brute, especially not one with such sick intentions.
Time still appeared to lay at a standstill, was it day or night when she began to run? Sarin could not say, didn't care to know the answer. Now she was cleansed of the cruelty and abuse that the Alpha had inflicted upon her. She could move forward with life and ensure that no such thing ever happened again. Even with anger's roots deeply ingrained into her, she still felt vulnerable. The longing for attention had heightened and the season was simply making it worse. Water, although it had taken the sent of Vorilye, merely left a resonating frost upon her body. She needed some form of shelter, a place to dry herself and relinquish the hold upon her. Blissfully unaware of her trek upon another pack's territory, not like the knowledge would have stopped her, the canine felt herself running again. Never before had she been so thankful for her own training, strength had given her the opportunity to flee from the demon back at home. Someone she dreaded going back to see.
Hours passed, a mixture of walking and sprinting had overcome her - there had even a brief time of restless sleep. All the female knew now, was that the mouth of a small cavern lay before her - likely one of many judging by the size of the ragged feature before her. Upon the other side of the cliff likely lay certain death, but the alcove she had located seemed an ideal place to stay for now. Giving little thought to what may lay within the darkness beyond her gaze, the female began caressing her fur with her tongue. Purifying her pelt of icy water, grooming her precious coat back into its former glory. Sarin knew that if her good looks were restored, them she could partially move forward from the disturbing hurt. He was her Alpha and he had simply used her; although her original intentions were to use him - the female was not familiar with having the tables turned back around on her. Not recently anyway, ever since she settled her mind into forgetting about her childhood and abusing others, her life had went smoothly.
It was not until her gentle brushing was complete that a sense of concern washed over her. She knew that she had essentially ran in a straight line throughout Tiayr, but others may have seen her. Even though she had cleansed herself of Descai, that did not mean she was safe before these other loners. Vibrant optics scanned the expanse directly outside of the cove, tail wiggling slightly behind her. Audits erected themselves, patiently listening for another's approach. The will to do a thorough search behind her and of what may lay to the sides of her entryway was gone. Sarin simply stood, in a partially dominant stance, attempting to forget about the past. It would never happen again and the future lay ahead. 'And that dog better believe that my future will be significantly brighter than his.'
