Aiight, I was doing some thinking about packs.
I don't plan on starting a pack myself (I have an awful track record when it comes to staying active and all of that, also I'm fair broke with little chance of getting enough points to do that and then not blowing it on another character slot instead.) but I do have some cool ideas that would be fun to see on Ani. Specifically, gypsy packs.
I know Vickie's gonna do something a lot like that and I am really really really excited to have Ayiti be a part of it because it sounds fantastic, and then I started thinking about it and gypsy packs sound really fun to do.
Firstly because roaming packs are cheaper so it would be easier to make a travelling pack than one with a claimable territory, and secondly because- consider this:

- What about packs that move through lands offering services for free passage (moving a bit into the unrealistic here, but who cares)
- Like shamans or starreading to predict the coming seasons and how mild or harsh they will be, how good hunting, how early a spring there will be, etc. It doesn't matter if these predictions are really accurate, what matters is a wolf that does stuff like this in exchange for pack kill shares and safe passage through claimed pack lands would be really fun.
- Then you could have all of these subplots about alpha/esses that do or don't tolerate them, and packs that completely make this stuff up as a scam for free food and safe travel vs. legitimate (though maybe inaccurate) star-readers, etc, and more shamans (I noticed there are only two or three on here) and runaways from the 'evil' packs joining up with these travelling packs for the relative safety of not being tied down.
- What about gypsy packs, guys.
