Life had moved on, and the future had taken a large step without her. The once large and powerful female was now outsized by the monstrous young of Kairos and with the youth gaining ranks as gladiators and taking their own steps towards claiming territories, she was falling to the rear. She was no longer as important, nor as needed as she had been. There would likely be at least some pups this year, but none would be coming from the leader of the pack. Goliath and her friend, Datura, had left Kairos, and the first female warrior of the pack no longer felt any loyalty to the empire. It was time for her to put some distance between herself and the newest Kairos leader, Typhon. Goliath's son was not at all like his father, and though she had somewhat respected the former leader, she held no loyalty to his son.
Things were changing, and she was not changing with them. She made the swim from the Ina'mos to the Vor'asa, and now she walked slowly along the Delia Basin in the direction of the newest Kairos territory. Typhon had led a conquest against Valyn and taken their home, no doubt forcing them to tuck tail and run back to Descai. She was sure there would be troubles in the future because of this, but she no longer had any place to speak her opinions. She had not seen her daughter, Banshee, in what felt like ages, but as she put the Ina'mos behind her, she could not bring herself to feel worry or pain over it. She had given Wraith to Ultoris, and now she was alone again. Though Messoria was still around, she had no friends here, and she felt out of place and unwanted. Perhaps there were bigger and better things elsewhere for her. For now, though, she wandered.
She walked slowly, large paws squishing in the wet basin as she let her eyes scan for any sign of prey anywhere nearby. She was not particularly hungry, but she wanted to do something useful and perhaps take out some of her frustration on some unsuspecting, helpless creature. It would make her feel better, but she no longer had purpose in her life, therefore it would be short lived. She would return to the pointless wandering eventually, but perhaps she could fight off the feeling for just a little bit longer.
Leviathan, Raum - Looks like Wraith is stuck in the Aleru right now, but I would really like to get Xena out of the way here.
