She had been travelling for days, or at least it felt like that. The meeting with her sister was the start of a new chapter in the ivory and gold colored female’s life. The only problem was that her and her sister had separated to ensure that their half-brother Ryker wouldn’t find out about their plans. The only clue as to where her sister was heading was when she mentioned the Tas’alea. She obviously had never been there since she was confined to Acerbus and Kamari, but Valeria had heard tales about it. It was where ancient wolf breeds had lived that were now long extinct, or so the story says. No one dares venture to the island though for it is exotic and unlike any other place on the mainland. Yet her sister had the guts to travel there and to find a new home for them. This wasn’t uncharacteristic of her sister for she was the bravest wolf she knew, and Zofia trusted Valeria with her life. So if Valeria thought it was a good idea to go to the supposedly abandoned island, then there was no question that it was.
The trek had proven difficult so far for the journey had taken her to lands that she had never set foot in. After leaving Acerbus, Zofia found herself in the sandy terrain of The Occasus. The volcano known as Pievunt-An greeted her when she entered the land. She had heard talk of when this volcano erupted some time ago. Though it had been dormant for quite some time now, she still wanted to get the hell away from it. However, the weird sensation of the sand between her toes made her be by the massive formation longer than she would have liked. Along with how weird the grains of sand felt, it also felt as it was pulling her back with each step she took. Those two combined slowed her down, and she ended up being in the area for a couple days.
However, the day came where she saw a piece of land that acted as a bridge between the main lands and the island of Tas’alea. Her tail began to wag furiously at the thought that she would finally be reunited with her sister. Then the thought struck her that even if she had made it to the island, she still had no idea where exactly her sister went, but hopefully she would pick up Valeria’s scent. So started to bound towards the island, immediately tripping in the sand that she had completely forgot about. Letting out a sigh, she went off at a slow trot, sniffing the air as she went in hopes that she would pick up her sister’s scent.
It wasn’t until she entered the island that she picked up her sisters scent, and it seemed to be coming from the south. Catching her sister’s scent made her want to bound off in the direction it was coming from, but the grain of sand between her toes reminded her that she couldn’t.
Finally the footing changed from sand to grass. Her green eyes starred at the place that her sister’s scent had led her to. It was a massive jungle full of greenery, and it was beautiful. Her sister’s was so strong now that she decided to call for her instead of venturing in the jungle in fear of getting lost. “Sissy?” she called out.
